Well worth the trip. The minor basilica is beautiful and the story behind it is very touching.I have heard various versions of why the Madonna is black but here when you visit you get more details.

5/5. Our driver and guide Piotr could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Piotr was very engaging, showing interest in our family story and how we came to visit Poland. He was very conscientious, friendly and informative. He offered suggestions for other sites or tours and even made restaurant recommendations. Very pleased with our visit to this historic and sacred site. It was on our bucket list.

Maria arranged our trip. Anna was our guide in Krakow. She was very knowledgeable. Adam was our driver. He made our drive fun. He was full of information about Poland. He took good care of us.

We booked for Mr Shuttle at the beginning of November to go to Auschwitz on Monday 25th nov and the salt mine on Wednesday 27th nov. Got a text the previous day with a time to be outside hotel. Also 1hour before pick up. Auschwitz picked up at 5.50am in a mini bus by Kris (not sure of spelling) we were 1st pick up and picked up another 3 lots of people before the drive to Auschwitz. Kris explained everything in great English and took us to meet our English speaking guide. He then explained he’d be waiting in the mini bus for us after the tour. We returned to the bus and he dropped us at birkenau where we wet again with the tour guide and he took us around. Kris was waiting for us at the bus again to take us back to the hotel.Salt mine. We were collected at 8.50 in a private car by Karol. He was a very polite and great English speaker. He chatted easily to us. At the salt mine he explained where he’d be after our tour and then he took us to the entrance where we met our English tour guide. Once back in the car Karol dropped us off. Great communication and drivers and asset to your company 😀

We had a great tour of the Dunajec River Gorge thanks to Poland Active Day Tours! We were picked up and greeted right on time by Maciej in Krakow. It was a scenic 2 hour ride to Southern Poland with Maciej pointing out various points of interest and stopping at a beautiful . We started with an easy 8 mile + ride along side the Dunajec river through the river gorge. We then got on a raft and paddled back down the river. What a great time! Thanks Maciej and Poland Active Day Tours!!

Sebastian is a fantastic driver!His Mercedes van was very comfortable. Sebastian speaks English well and demonstrated flexibility when we asked for more time at Jasna Gora.The tour guide at Jasna Gora - Martin- was also exceptional.We truly experienced a VIP day!I highly recommend this tour!My friend and I will remember it forever.

The entire experience was moving and poignantly memorable in a much needed way of learning the horrors of the past and to ensure history doesn't repeat itself.

The tour was excellent. Our driver Wiktor Kowalczuk was friendly and efficient in getting us to the site. He was able to communicate with us in English quite well. The lunch was very delicious and the food was ethnically Polish. The site itself was inspiring and the priest who conducted our tour was very knowledgeable and friendly. We are very glad we included this tour in our travel itinerary. It was an enjoyable day.

Booked online from UK, we used mrshuttle for our transfers between our apartment and airport and also booked the aushwitz and salt mine trip with them. When we arrived at the airport our driver was waiting for us holding a sign with our name on and took us straight to our apartment. The trips went perfect and picked us up and dropped us off at our apartment. The journey back to the airport was on time and every driver we had was excellent. This was a fantastic adventure! Our guide Mathew picked us up from our hotel. He was very nice, very knowledgeable, and spoke English well. We learned so much from him! The biking trail along the river was peaceful and not too difficult, but we did get a good workout in, and our children loved the rafting. The perfect day ended with a lovely lunch, and then Mathew took us to the best ice cream store before we headed back to the hotel. A wonderful experience, and great value for the cost!

Small museum, paying homage to Chopin in the place of his birth. The house stands in a delightful, large park, worth taking time to enjoy.

The driver and guide were excellent and the tour fascinating. The driver Piotr was excellent in English and very helpful and interesting to travel with. Aleksandra the guide not only spoke fluent English but was extremely knowledgeable and informative and pleased to share this with us. I would say they both went out of their way to make this an excellent tour

Sobering by amazing experience. Communications were on point and perfect. Trains and transportation were also pretty good. Be prepared for large crowds though we visited in April and tourist season had not started. Would recommend.

Superb guides each day . Highly recommend this company . A bonus nice packed lunch included after our Auschwitz/ Birkenau trip !
