If only I lived in Montreal, I could shop here.
This is not your typical food tour. You don’t stop at 6 or so places where you have a bite to eat. While you are going to have some delicious food along the way, it’s more about shopping in one of the best markets anywhere. The only problem with the market is there are so many things I would have loved to buy and cook but not when I was staying at a hotel.

The food tour with Chef Rob was excellent, I would highly recommend. We always do food tours and this tour more than lived up to our expectations. We visited the Jean Talon market, this was so interesting seeing it through Chef Rob’s eyes. Especially loved how Chef Rob, embraced all the different nationalities in Montreal and explained how this has influenced food culture in the city. Chef Robs passion for food and the interwoven cultures of Montreal, but his knowledge is extensive and generously shared with anyone seeking to learn.Fascinating tour thanks Chef Rob Alan & Helen Henderson

A great experience. Isabelle was very informative and answered all our questions. Alex was very knowledgeable and entertaining during the tastings. My favorite was the new Limonella gin. The whiskey no. 5 was my favorite whiskey. My only ask would be that they sell their engraved whiskey glasses, so I can spread the word more easily!

Great experience!
Visited the distillery while on a long weekend trip to Montreal. Registration was super easy, jumped in an Uber and headed over. Had a welcome drink, an informative tour, and then a tasting of their gin and vodka. We did pay extra for the whiskey tasting. Overall, a great afternoon in a cool local business.

The meal and wine selections were amazing! Chef Rob was knowledgeable and passionate when talking about each item involved with the meal. He made the best of the situation despite a fuse blowing on the stove. Throughout the meal he would give suggestions of restaurants to check out in Montreal and other cities. This was such a great experience and would recommend highly.

This was such a unique...
This was such a unique night. Chef Rob makes delicious food, but the experience is so much more than just a typical meal. Each course brought different flavours from different Montreal cuisines and a story to bring them all together. The energy in the room, the communal Chef’s table in view of the kitchen, and the stylish Old Port atmosphere were just superb. I recommend this for anyone who cares about not just dining, but also culture.

I did this once with friends and once with work. It was a superb insight to what makes Quebec's food culture so special. The Chef took all kinds of questions, and different ones each time. We ate a beautiful range of foods from different cultures. And Chef shared all his hidden spots that an ordinary person would walk by. Def. Top 5 things to do in Montreal.
