This tour takes you to a completely different side of El Yunque, not the usual tourist way. You can leave your stuff in the car, everything you bring with you will get wet! If you plan to bring a phone, get waterproof case, but guides take great pix and videos for you, so you don’t need a phone. It’s a beautiful hike and a variety of water activities. Our guide, Javier (and Jr), were great, knew their stuff, made sure we had a fantastic experience and kept us safe at all times. Def would recommend this tour!

This was a great experience. Be prepared to climb on slippery rocks, but well worth it. Javier was an excellent guide!

Amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, everything was very well organized. They called me when it was my turn, explained everything I needed to know, and made sure we were ready before going out on the water. During the ride, the team was always attentive, professional, and knew exactly how to keep the group safe and under control. I had a great time and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

It clearly highlights how amazing the actual ride was while holding that third employee strictly accountable for his unacceptable behavior. ​Incredible ride and equipment, but completely mixed customer service. ​My first time on a jet ski was an absolutely incredible experience on the water, but the customer service was a mixed bag that ultimately left a bad taste in my mouth. ​First, the positives: The actual time on the water was amazing. The jet skis and equipment are top-notch and in pristine condition. Being my first time riding, I thoroughly enjoyed the thrill of the excursion itself. Additionally, two of the guides on the beach—a younger guy with long hair (who I believe is Alex) and another younger guy—were fantastic. They were super accommodating, patient, and incredibly nice, making sure I was set up for a great ride. ​However, there was a third employee (dark hair, dark beard, wearing sunglasses) who completely missed the mark on basic respect. He was incredibly rude, dismissive, and treated me very poorly. It was a horrible interaction that unnecessarily dragged down the energy of what should have been a perfect afternoon. When my time on the water was up and I came back in, he did approach me to apologize for his behavior. While I heard him out, the initial treatment was simply unacceptable. You shouldn't have to apologize for being incredibly rude to a paying customer because it never should have happened in the first place. ​Overall: Five-star equipment and water experience, but management needs to seriously address how that one individual speaks to people.

Eli was absolutely amazing, safe, educational, and very entertaining. He was a great driver and phenomenal tour guide. He made sure we stayed together and were safe. Made it a wonderful experience all around and highly recommend.

I cannot say enough amazing things about our private El Yunque tour with Tours Hacker and our guide, Javier. This was hands down one of the BEST experiences of our entire vacation and a day our family will never forget!We did it ALL — waterfalls, natural water slides, rope swings, beautiful scenery, and so many fun adventures along the way. But what really made the experience incredible was Javier. He was knowledgeable, patient, fun, attentive, and made the entire day feel completely personalized to our family.One of my favorite memories was watching Javier help my mom make it all the way to the waterfall! I honestly wasn't sure she would be able to do it, but he was so patient and encouraging with her and made sure she felt safe the entire way. Beeing with her there was such a special family moment and something I will always remember.Javier also knew exactly where to go, how to make the most of our time, and made the entire experience feel like an adventure with a friend rather than just another organized tour. We laughed, explored, challenged ourselves, and made some incredible family memories. It was my ten year's old first hike, and honestly without Javier it would not have been possible. She did amazing!We travel quite a bit and have done many tours and excursions, and this one truly stands out. Michael was such an excellent and interesting guide, I am very glad that we booked with them. He clearly cares deeply about the rainforest and the experience of his guests - I am happy we were able to see this beautiful environment through his eyes. This park can get crowded, and after an initial rounding of the corner and seeing so many people we were initially hit with ‘what have we done’ - as this is the experience we were not after. But Michael graciously navigated us through and we quickly forgot and almost appreciated the others around us. It’s clear that all the other guides knew and respected him and we couldn’t have selected a better guide. The private tour here is the best choice.

It was fun had a lot of fun and it was worth the pay

This was my first time driving a jet ski at 47 so I was a little nervous. It took me about 10 minutes to become confident enough to give it enough gas to go over 15 mph. Our guide was very patient and understanding even though I'm sure he was bored out of his mind.
