David was our guide - we did the one day Jungfraujoch top of Europe Itinerary. We were so happy to have a guide, it would have been very confusing to figure out all the right trains to take and the timing. David was a wonderful guide, he pointed out all the beautiful spots and gave us just enough information without it being overwhelming. It was a wonderful way to see the glacier and all the lovely Alpine villages and scenery. I would highly recommend.

Robbe was great! On time, kind and flexible with us and our two boys, patient and communicated well throughout the two days. We really enjoyed our time with him and would not hesitate to book again. Highly recommend. :)

We did the Hike Tour and Bike Tour with VP Excursions and it was amazing. Our guide Robbe took us to an amazing place for the hiking that is not well known in the area and it was perfect, amazing views without the crowds. The bike tour take you to some really nice tracks around lake Lucerne and surrounding area and you finish it with a nice boat cruise back to Lucerne. Strong recommend both tours.

This tour is incredible, they provide all the information you need. They are on time and also have different languages. They have all transportation for us to go up and make the day go easy. Would definitely come back, our guide was Angela and she was amazing her translations was great she is very fluent in languages.

Excellent tour and extraordinary Alexander guide

Hello we are two young Argentines, yesterday we made the excursion of "Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen and Interlaken". Which was fantastic 😍 Beautiful places to enjoy all day, the company is highly recommended as the collective is very comfortable, the guide (Gonzalo🇦🇷) was very friendly with us attending our doubts, informing us and recommending us what we should do in each place. Don't miss this tour!! It's really worth it 🤩🤩

It was a most memorable trip. The guides were concise and knowledgeable. Jungfraujoch is really awesome! The journey from the beginning until reaching the top was full of anticipation. Even though the weather forecast was supposed to be a clear day, there was cloud cover when we got up there so we weren't able to see much from up top but it was still an amazing experience. I'd still recommend this trip. Don't forget to bring a jacket. It's quite chilly up there even in the summer.

I loved this tour. It was an excellent mix of scheduled time and wandering aimlessly. The tour guide Stephanie was knowledgeable and happy to help. She was patient and was able to converse in many languages.I recommend this trip. It may seem pricey but it was worth every penny to me.

Extremely well organized. We chose the Grindelwald destination The hotel selected was perfect. Beautiful large rooms with breathtaking views. Grindelwald is a beautiful town. We chose to trotti bike . It was great fun. The tour guide for the trip up to Junfraujoch was very knowledgeable . There was sufficient time allowed to explore on our own. There were 4 in our group, including our adult children. A wonderful trip that all can enjoy . We are hoping to go back. This was our second trip with Cool Destinations I highly recommend this tour group and this particular excursion. We would, however , have wanted to stay in Grindelwald a few more days. One night was not enough in this beautiful town
