My husband and I booked 2 days of 2-tank dives with Cabo Trek, one day local (Pelican Rock and Land’s End) and one day in the Corridor (La Cabeza Ballena and El Chileno). Adriana, our dive master, was lovely and enthusiastic, with excellent English skills…we enjoyed having her all to ourselves, a benefit of being here in shoulder season! Visibility was not the best and the currents were stiff at times, but we enjoyed 89 degree water, so many fish of so many varieties and lovely coral formations.

My favorite experience in Los Cabos
The beginner scuba diving tour was my favorite activity of our trip. I had tried scuba diving once before in Cozumel, Mexico, but I noticed a real difference in how thoroughly safety was covered here. The team patiently explained the rules in a classroom session, then helped us practice what we had learned in a pool before we went into the open water. During the dive, two guides stayed with us, watching over us and offering helpful advice. We also got some great underwater photos. The camera resolution could be better, but I appreciated the effort and attention from our photographer and guide. It was a wonderful experience, and I would love to dive with this company again.

Always a pleasure dive with Manta. Whales were plentiful on the way to the corridor. You can hear whales singing under water this time of year and we certainly did. Never seen whales under water but some divers reported that they did.

I have been diving with Manta for more than 20 years. This trip I did a night dive at Land’s End, and a two tank dive with three other people. Our guide, Baptiste made every one feel comfortable and safe. Paolo managed the night dive similarly. All diving required no wet suit because the sea temperature was >85 even at 70 feet!

Had two fun dives with Renson and absolutely loved them! He’s super knowledgeable and professional, and was able to point out the issues with my diving almost immediately. He gave me really helpful tips on how to fix them, and I could genuinely feel the difference by the end of the dives. Definitely helped me build a lot more confidence underwater. He’s also a very good underwater photographer, which was a huge bonus, came away with some great memories from the dives! Amazing instructor/guide and just really fun to dive with. Would 100% dive with Renson again!

Have lots of fun with Dive Cabo. Berrie is one of the best instructors there, and I got my AOW certification with him. He is really knowledgeable, professional. He is a great photographer, and he took many nice videos for me and for the fishes. Everyone was nice and friendly. I spend quite a few days with them, and there was absolutely no downside for me.

Crazy experience
A storm came out of nowhere while we were out on the water, making our trip back to the dock extremely difficult and scary. The waves were so strong that the boat nearly tipped over several times, but the entire crew remained calm, attentive, and made sure everyone was safe. I’m especially grateful to the boat driver, who handled the situation incredibly well and, honestly, may have saved our lives.Aside from the storm, the scuba diving was so much fun! Our instructor stayed with us the entire time, closely monitored our breathing, and made sure we felt comfortable and safe. I’m incredibly thankful for the whole team. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience!

Loved it!
Had a really good experience diving with Manta, definitively do the 3 dives across the different sites so the guides can chose the best spots on the day. They were all great and we saw different species in each one including eagle rays, moray eels, even white tip sharks. Pepe was an excellent dive master, equipment was good and the whole trip was done by 1 pm as they move effienctly between each site. Would definitively recommend!
