Top Lombardy Stand Up Paddleboarding

I recently had a wonderful experience at Diamond Lotus Wellness in Hanoi. The spa has a beautiful, tranquil atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed and cared for. The staff were professional, attentive, and took the time to explain each step of the treatment.I tried the Mirami Cold Plasma treatment and was pleasantly surprised by how gentle and comfortable it was. There was no irritation or discomfort, and my skin felt calmer, smoother, and more refreshed afterward. Even after the first session, I noticed a healthier glow and improved skin texture. The facilities are clean, modern, and well-maintained, creating a truly premium wellness experience. If you're looking for a trustworthy place for skincare and relaxation in Hanoi, I highly recommend Diamond Lotus Wellness. Looking forward to returning for future treatments!

We had the most wonderful and relaxing time. Stephano was so patient as we were a mixed ability group-to say the least. He made us all feel comfortable and guided us through a mindfulness experience.

I found the Bellagio Yacht Experience by chance/instinct/luck after going to the lovely town of Bellagio on a ferry from Lecco. Lake Como is stunning and just when i thought i was desperate to paddleboard, here was a place to walkup and hire SUPs. I was given a bouyancy aid and a generous sized drybag and then spent the loveliest hour paddleboarding beside the rocks and cliffs. Above me swifts, below shoals of fish, lots of dragonflies and the bluest water with mountains in the distance and super pretty houses on the shore. It was very warm so i stopped to swim often (I don't do that on Regent's Canal in London!). I mostly stand to SUP and you certainly get your balance tested by the amount of speed boat wakes - but even if you're sitting down this is still amazing paddleboarding. Loved Cristina who helped me book and pointed out where i could get a coffee, croissant and find a public loo (bring coins!). Took some gorgeous photos too. Thank you!

This was perfect!! Our daughter wanted to get her toes wet in lake Como. This was the perfect way at such a reasonable price. We were able to get wet and see the scenic coast line. They were very helpful in getting the paddle board in the water and getting us on our way.

My kids and I were looking for something to do while my husband was working in Sondrio. We had a wonderful time on the Adda River. Fabrizio was so kind and helpful! I’m so glad we did this.

This is an amazing experience, especially where Milan was a spontaneous booking for me. When I first made the booking, I wasn’t 100% sure what I was going to do out in Milan until I came across this SupMindfulness experience. I first came to Milan with a lot of things on my mind but after meeting Stefano and having this experience I now feel free. I feel comfortable in me. I found a balance inside me and I feel like I can achieve anything so really really grateful to have met Stefano and really appreciate that he made me feel at peace with myself. Never in 1 million years did I think that I would be able to do an activity like this especially with my fear of dark water or water that is not clean but after the meditation experience, it was like the water was clear blue and there was no fear of it. So I highly recommend this experience, especially if you are interested face your fear and Stefano couldn’t have made it any better. He will definitely make you feel comfortable!

It was an amazing experience, from the water you have a completely different view on the city. Stefano is a great guide, who also gives you help in focussing not only on the inconspicuous things around Navigli, but also on yourself and your body. Thank you for that adventure! :-)

Savoring the city in a different way is precisely the spirit of this experience...being able to stop and meditate in the middle of the Navigli gives you the feeling of unplugging from the frenzy of Milan. Super recommended experience!

Feeling enveloped by the sun, by the vibration of music and by the embrace of the wind, in harmony with the Whole. Beyond your limits. I lived this experience with my niece, so it had great value for me. We tested ourselves together and we did it. Thanks, Stefano!

In the September lights in Milan, with the colors of the sun of an autumn that never began, we took a beautiful paddle in the sun. Meditation in the Darsena center is a moment that you cannot understand until you experience it, suspended over the water in a city center context but isolated from everyone, on a body of water full of history, colors and life. It is an experience that can be done alone or with friends; beautiful energy connections are created and it seems that the city disappears for a while, leaving space to breathe. Thanks Stefano!

I tried the supMindfulness experience on Lake Maggiore where I live. Stefano is an exceptional teacher, after a few brief notes on the use of the table (I already used it a little) the meditation began on land and then continued in the water. Stefano naturally manages to make you enter into symbiosis with the nature that surrounds you. Personally, despite knowing the lake, I found myself experiencing sensations that the surrounding environment had never given me before. Furthermore, the "fullness" that this experience leaves you with at the end is incredible. I recommend it to everyone even if you are new to SUP or meditation and for those who have already tried one or the other, I recommend it because I believe it is an exceptional combination. Fantastic!

It is a wonderful experience that, without a shadow of a doubt, I would recommend everyone to do at least once (but also more than once) in their life.I have been there several times now and every single time it is always a pleasure.Stefano is a competent and passionate person and this only adds value to the experience.

Amazing experience. Stefano is an exceptional host. He managed to make me meditate even though I'm not used to it at all! Thank you

I had this experience on Lake Maggiore and for me it was regenerating, exciting and surprising, combining SUP with meditation in a context like this leaves you with a lot and I want to thank Stefano because he gave me so much tranquility and confidence despite it being the first experience of its kind. Highly recommended!!

I had the experience with Stefano several times: some on Lake Maggiore while others in Milan. This was exactly how I was able to overcome my fear of the waters and enjoy the experience.Stefano is really good as a meditation leader: he always manages to bring you to the present moment and has a beautiful voice. Furthermore, he is also super as a SUP instructor: for me it was the very first experience with him and I had no problem managing SUP during the session. Then, I don't really like the dynamism of Milan... But I must admit that this experience allowed me to see Milan differently and fully enjoy this experience. Totally unexpected! It definitely needs to be done and done again. Thanks Stefano 🙏

Unique experience, wonderful guide! You enjoy SUP and meditation in the beautiful environment of the Navigli. Pure peace in one of the most pleasantly lively places in Milan. Strongly recommended, in fact can't wait to repeat the experience myself.
