Perfect mix of time to explore alone and time listening to tour guide. Was a great way to explore the Lake Como area and bonus we went into Switzerland and got some chocolate!

We loved this bike tour. We did it on a Saturday in mid September and were the only two clients. We had already explored the citta alta and San Vigilio so Fanco took us on a spectacular countryside tour around Bergamo. Went thru small villages, vineyards, forests and stopped at what was an ancient monastery then was an insane asylum and is now a museum attraction. We had frequent visas of citta alta and exposure to rural life with lots of sheep and horses. Great quality bikes and a great guide. Highly recommended.

This was truly a wonderful experience and worth getting up early for us. I only stated the pickup point was mediocre because we were staying in Menaggio and needed to get an early ferry in order to meet the tour in Como, but once off the boat in Como it was very easy. Kevin Bellini was an excellent, knowledgable and accomodating host for the day! Lugano was a special stop, including the chocolates purchased. Kevin provided lots of good history along the way. It also gave us an opportunity to explore Belaggio and have a nice lunch. Enough so that we may go back to visit another day. The ferry ride back to Como was one of the highlights of the trip. As the Ferry made multiple stops Kevin was able to provide us with excellent history of the amazing homes, buildings and towns along the way. This day was truly one of the highlights of our 2 wks time in Italy. Grazie Kevin!

Easiest and best way to explore all Bergamo has to offer with our great guide Franco. Pace was perfect for plenty of time to explore and take photos. Bergamo is very hilly so e-bikes are the way to see all the sights especially those off limits to cars. This is a must-do in Bergamo,

Oleg was a fantastic guide. The trip was wonderful beginning to end. The Bernina train is beautiful and we made a few extra stops coming back to see special sites. We would definitely book woth Abroad tours again.

This tour is a great way to see the Dolomites if you don’t want to hike or drive. Matilda was an awesome tour guide. She was very professional the whole trip even though she had to deal with a few very nasty members of the tour group. She tried to accommodate everyone and made sure we got to see as much as possible, adding in extra stops and tailoring the itinerary to make sure we got the most out of the trip. Elio, our bus driver, was also phenomenal and navigated the windy roads like a master. There is a lot of bus time in the tour so if you’re a hiker, this probably isn’t for you. If you have limited time and want to see as much of the Dolomites as possible, this is a great option! Thanks so much Matilda and Elio for an awesome experience!

I was 1 of 4 people, the only english speaking, hearing impaired so felt a bit isolated. Guide did his best however the accented Italian was also a struggle to understand.

Our guide was able to secure best spots for us to be on the boats so we got to hear his talks about different ares around the lakes. Bring water and try one of the recommended food (including gelatos) by your guide.

Was a great day. Andrea was very knowledgable and helpful and made a great guide! Short walking tour of Como followed by coach to Lugano with the right amount of spare time for us. Boat trip from Menaggio to Bellagio was fine. Bellagio was really crowded but worth seeing. The boat trip back to Como from Bellagio was extremely busy since it's a pubic ferry and we sometimes found it hard to hear/understand what Andrea was saying. Sure glad we didn't have to line up as individuals to get on the ferry, the lineup was incredibly long. We got a little mixed up as to where to meet the group to leave and whatsapp'd Cool Destinations who was extremely helpful and got Andrea to call us. His motto is leave no one behind and he was great. Definitely glad we took the tour and would recommend it to others!

Great communication with Franco , an absolute gentleman, so helpful and considerate. The whole experience was excellent and a wonderful 3 hour afternoon. The e bike makes the most challenging ascents so easy. Take yourself out of the hustle and bustle , treat yourself and enjoy the ride . Highly recommended.

Oleg was great with communication and had some great recommendations for our stay in lake Como. He took us around the best parts of St Mortiz and when we road the train, he walked us on the train to our seats to make sure we were all set and was waiting for us on the other side when we were done! This was a highlight of our trip!

Oleg from Abroad Tours was fantastic in explaining history, economy and geography as he drove us from Milan through Lake Como to Tirano.Oleg settled us in the Bernina train with reserved window seats for the 4 of us on both sides of the train for the breathtaking ride to St Moritz.He was waiting for us in St Moritz and told us the history how St Moritz started as a tourist resort in mid 1800s as he showed us around the city. My family enjoyed the stop in Laderach chocolate shop.Oleg then safely drove us back to Milan along spectacular Alpine roads.

What a great way to see this city. Culture but also nature on a super good electric bike. Franco shows you much more than the center and that makes it a very unique experience.

It is worth every euro, Thoroughly recommend this tour. Our leader Gustavo and our bus driver Francesco were exceptional, helpful, friendly, punctual and more. The sights we saw were out of this world (even though some how they are in this world!) We saw lakes, mountains, rivers, quaint little towns/ villages and more! Our group only had 9 people which meant we were able to bond with everyone fairly quickly and easily. Felt like a little family for a few days. A lovely lunch with drinks was supplied, Hotels were exceptional and central. Suitable for all ages! I was travelling with my granddaughter and she loved it. The driving was amazing. We never felt unsafe even though the roads were very windy and steep. Our tour guide Gustavo was informative in all languages that he spoke (Spanish, English and Italian) We just want to say thank you ever so much for this beautiful trip!

Wonderful trip to see many towns along the way to Cortina and Bolzano. Enjoyed all the mountain passes with spectacular views. Saw a few lakes but Lake Carreza was the most beautiful of all with unreal colours. Accommodation was perfect. Couldn’t have done this solo. Highly recommended.
