It was a great experience the guys there are very friendly and helpful..mi and my fren when doing the Atv and we couldn’t manage and the guides stay with us and make sure everything goes smoothly and safe and they also act professional and I love that they are dennar and Kevaughn…well done

Honestly, this was a great activity first time that my partner and I have beento mystic mountain. Our driver was absolutely the best on the way back to our resort. He took us to Drax Hall to get some beef patties and drinks. He honestly is the best.

Very nice experience! Our driver Orville was very nice and I recommend bringing a change of clothes if you are doing the ATVs.

Good customer service, enjoyed the activities, will recommend. Would like to be able to shop after ziplining

It was a seamless process getting our arm bands. The sky lift taking us up was calm, peacefull with wonderful veiws.Enjoyed all the activities we took part in.The Mystic crew were all friendly and helpful. It was a fun enjoyable day out.

Dunn's River is so unbelievably beautiful. You start at the bottom on the beach and climb all the way up the waterfall, 30 to 40 minutes. Water is cold, clear, and refreshing.Mystic Mountain has the most gorgeous flowers and trees, with the gondola ride to the top of the mountain being the highlight of the trip. At the top they have several rides and restaurant where we had the best Pina Coladas I had ever had. The views are stunning. The rides are not Disney caliber but unique in that the view are so amazing. The Bobsled takes you down the mountain at fast speeds and then you get brought back up on a conveyor.

Done as part of a cruise ship package- it was outstandingly fun... Ill admit i was extremely nervous about the lift up, but I made it!! The Bobsled ride was fantastic... I went full throttle and loved it!. Walked over to The Raggamuffin and found it awesome---The views are great and it speed and turns make it a true thrill ride. The bus took us to Dunn's River afterward.. No problems, loved the time at Mystic Mountain. Liked that it was minutes from the cruise port!

We went today for my daughter’s birthday and she had an amazing. We has an unpleasant encounter, but the General Manager and the F&B manager made sure I felt appreciated with their immediate action. We will be back .

Despite the frequent rain and wind, we made the most of the day. The skyview explorer is not for those with severe fear of heights; there were beautiful views of the bay below on reaching the top of the mountain. The bobsled was an experience like no other where coaster lovers and non-lovers can control the speed of their ride, making it thrilling or peaceful, depending on your speed. The high ropes/obstacle course could be self guided. The rock climbing wall had different difficulties for various skill levels. Vegetarian food in the restaurant was excellent.Fear of heights prevented us from going on the Ragamuffin which sits at the top most portion of the mountain and is mild/moderate speed natural coaster with epic views of the bay. Although we did not go on, those coming off the ride had positive experiences. The pool and waterslide atop the mountain looked inviting but the wind and cooler climate prevented us from jumping in.Crowd size was small due to weather and post hurricane volume.

We had an amazing time and created so many great moments that will last a lifetime. The bobsleigh was a brilliant thrilling ride as well as the sky lift and raggamuffin ride. My wife was scared before going on the sky lift but that changed as soon as we got on and started moving (she was still a bit panicky about the spiders though 😂).

This excursion is amazing. If you are looking for adventure this is it! The whole staff was friendly and made zip lining a lot less stressful with their jokes and whitty sense of humor.

It’s a fun place to explore. I loved ATV experience however guided tour guys needs better communication during ride . I witness two people get hurt by not properly letting riders know to hit brakes during trail ride .

We went here as part of our travel company package experiences. We had time here and then over to Dunns river nearby to enjoy that alsoOur driver Randall collected us from our hotel with one other couple of people. When we arrived he made sure we were looked after until we got our wristbands and able to head into the park. The 1st part of the entrance is a sky lift which takes you from the base to the top of the hill to the main park area, this take approximately 15-20 minutes. As you get off you are met to discuss what time you want to do your activities like zip lining and ATV (if you chose them) they supply lockers at 600 JMD per locker. We found one locker sufficient for 2 bags and bits. We heard straight for the raggamuffin ride and there was no queues at this point. The ride seats 2 people at a time so we split into 2 - 1. The ride isn’t long but as you can ride it over and over it is OK.We then headed to have a look around other areas. We found an area which hummingbirds do come down but we didn’t see any.The bobsled ride had quite the queue as it was one person per sled but eventually we all got on a sled. The gave instructions how to use the brakes and we start the ride. It can be quite quick but as you are in control you can slow it down but it’s better to have a little speed to feel the thrill of it. Surprisingly it’s quite a long ride down and then a long slow wait as the ride take you back up to the top (very steep at times) but as it was automatically taking you up it was easy.We had lunch as part of our package and upon entering the restaurant we were asked what drink we wanted (if we wanted anything extra it was payable) we had jerk chicken, rice and peas and steamed veg with a punch drink. Very nice amount for the price we paid.We had no further activities here we wanted to do so we went to find our driver for them to take us to our next destination. (I will write separately for that one)

Good fun for all ages, it is not a whole day out, half a day at most, expensive for what you get. if you don't have a driving license you cannot take part in atv. Zipline was fun but a lot of stop and waiting as you go in groups and there are about 5/6 ziplines some quite short. Cable car up to the mystic mountain activities was nice very slow with great views.
