We used Jacques Tours Jamaica for airport transportation and an excursion to Dunn’s River Falls and they were fantastic! Courtney provided the airport transportation and Darron took us on the excursion. Both drivers were prompt, helpful, and friendly. The vans fit all 7 of us comfortably (including large luggage and personal items!)Their prices couldn’t be beat, they were very responsive to questions/messages, and very thorough when confirming our services and making sure we knew exactly where/who to meet and what to expect.Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Marlon was an amazing tour guide. Would recommend his service.

I had a wonderful experience. The driver was very nice to my family and I. I will highly recommend Cool Destinations to book your excursions as well as airport transportation I use them for that as well.

The driver was AWESOME, he went over and beyond his duty. I would definitely book him again and refer others !!!! This company deserves 10 🌟 🤩 ⭐️ Awesome!!!

Had an amazing time in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Our tour guy (Donovan) made sure that we were in for a full day of fun. he took us to ride ATV's and then took us to the Blue Hole. When he picked us up, he had a cooler ready for our group with all types of beverages. Our 1st destination was ATV. we had a blast. during our time there, Donovan brought us some Jamaican patties. Let me tell you, these were probably the best patties I have ever ate. Along with that, he had brought us some Rum Punch. We we're definitely having an amazing time. My favorite part of the whole trip, was definitely the Blue Hole. What an amazing experience. We hiked through the jungle and got to experience the beautiful nature that Jamaica has to offer. The water was cold, but refreshing at the same time. Can't wait to go back.

It was amazing, breath-taking, a must if you're visiting.....our tour guide Donovan is very knowledgeable, excellent shopping, please try all the food he suggests.... he will go above and beyond.

The falls themselves are just wonderful! We left early in the morning (08:30 pickup) and no cruise ship in rock that day, therefore we had the place to ourselves. Chilly water but so worth it. Our driver Daron was very accommodating and our falls guide (sorry I didn’t remember his name) was absolutely fantastic with my wife and two young boys (8 & 10). The shopping stop was underwhelming and overpriced but we got what we needed. Would absolutely recommend this trip to anyone.

Just truly the best. Jacques is an excellent communicator and kept me informed of everything that was needed from start to finish. Jervis who was the driver was an excellent tour guide and made the experience twice as good. Honestly a little worried at first but read a few reviews and decided I would give it try. St. Ann is a beautiful parish and Dunn's river is definitely a must see. Ps the rocks can be super slippery.

Unexpected Trip but worth it. We were pleasantly surprised seeing the beautiful city of Ocho Rios.

Jacques Tours is the best in the business! Jacques is so professional and reliable and friendly! Jervis was our driver and tour guide. He made our excursions and travel around this beautiful country even more wonderful. He is responsible and personable. Everyone makes you feel like family! Book with Jacques Tours for all your airport transportation and excursions! You won’t be disappointed.

What a great experience. Our guide Courtney made us feel like family. He took us to the blue hole where we met captain Alex who took very good care of our group, especially me as I can't swim. Then Courtney took us to see amazing views of the island and some of the best fried chicken I've ever had. Thank you so much for making our trip easy and memorable!

We visited Jamaica in early March this year. We are delighted with the professionalism of JACQUES TOURS JAMAICA !!!!!! The trip was very pleasant. The driver's information was very useful. My biggest concern was whether we would be back in time to the ship. But he assured us that everything would be fine. And so it was. Thanks from heart for the wonderful day !!! Be Healthy and Successful !!! I recommend 1000% of JACQUES TOURS services. Greetings from Bulgaria!!!

Charlotte was the best tour guide we could have asked for. Super easy to find her after we got off our ship and she answered every possible question we had with the biggest smile! We had a 6 year old in our group all the way up to adults and there was fun for all! A must do if you ever make it to Ocho Rios!

We had a private tour for 11 people and it was great. Our guide was accommodating when our cruise ship was delayed in docking by 2 hours. Our stuff was safe in the van while we got to enjoy climbing Dunn's River Falls. Our group ranged in age from 5 years old to 70 years old, everyone was able to climb the Falls with no issues. Water shoes are highly recommended.

Private is the way to go with this excursion. See more, do more, access more parts of the falls. And have photos to look back at.

We booked this private tour of Dunns River Falls at the last minute. When I saw the word Private, I really didn't think too much about it but let me tell you, it was literally a PRIVATE tour of the falls. Jack met us at the meeting spot (was holding a board with my name and made me feel very important, lol) He took my husband and I and our 2 children straight to the falls, walked us up to the pay gate (ahead of about 20 people standing in line) and walked us right in. We were the only people aside from workers inside the gates and walked the whole falls all by ourselves. No chain, no groups, no crowds. Just the 4 of us!!! It was AMAZING!!!! I highly recommend this tour with this company!
