Our guide was fantastic – he explained everything clearly, showed us around, and made the whole experience really interesting and enjoyable.I definitely recommend this tour to everyone! Our tour with Mari was fantastic. He met us at the ticket office and we walked for 90 minutes around the tea plantation. He was extremely informative and had superb English. He was very knowledgeable about tea and botany. Next he drove us to the Lockhart factory and showed us the tea process in much detail- then some tea tasting. The BEST way to experience Fort Kochi!Omg, Nava made our sightseeing day in Fort Kochi so memorable and authentic!He was incredibly friendly, patient and took the time to explain the history and culture behind everything we saw. What made it even more special was that he went out of his way to take us to the Jain Temple, which was such a meaningful moment for me. 🙏🏼❤️Nava also showed us places we would have completely missed on our own — including the traditional dhobi! Watching the clothes being ironed with those huge traditional irons heated by coconut shells was incredible. Honestly, no modern steam iron can compete!And the bonus? A super comfortable tuk tuk, an amazing local guide AND he takes fantastic photos!If you want to see the real, authentic Fort Kochi beyond the usual tourist spots, we highly recommend Nava!Thank you so much, Nava, for making our day so special.With love, Hema & Harj

Biju Tours is an exemplary operator and the Guide Thomson made it a joyous and satisfying experience in the deadly heat of Kerala summer!The guide displayed deep knowledge of history of Fort Kochi Kerala and India at large! He enjoyed his role and went above and beyond in making it a memorable trip! Kudos to his willingness to give me a lift on an E-Scooter for the longer stretches of the tour and escape the rigour of the Kerala summer.Suffice it to say that narration of historical and cultural aspects were class apart!The tour has left me with a vivid image of Fort Kochi under the Portuguese,Dutch and the British colonizers.It was indeed a deeply satisfying heritage and I would commend Biju Tours and Mr.Thomson for the experience.

The tour overall was really good. The organisation was amazing from this company. They updated us about times and meeting point well in advance of the tour. They also messaged after the tour to offer advice on other things to do in Munnar as well. Our guide Mani was amazing. We had a lovely trek and we learnt so much about Munnar. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Even though Mani has probably done this tour many times, his enthusiasm and excitement was infectious!

He gave us detailed explanations of the tea plants, growing, picking, and processing. He also had great knowledge of the wild life.
