Isabella was wonderful! She picked us up at our Air BnB, drove us to her home which is about 30 minutes outside of SMA. It was lovely to see some of the countryside. We made a wonderful meal together - appetizer, soup, two salsas, main entree + margarita's! - and we learned about the origins of Mexican staples -- beans, corn, squash and tomatoes. Most interesting was learning how to prepare nopales which me made into a lovely soup! Isabella was organized and so easy to work with. Her kitchen felt like home!

Wonderful wine tour
My husband and I were visiting San Miguel and booked this winery tour. Our guide was Geraldo. The vineyard was amazing. The entire place was spectacular and grand. Geraldo was an absolute delight! He answered all our questions, never rushed us, and was so informative! We toured the yards and the facilities inside and it was incredible. We then tasted 5 different wines. They were so tasty! We loved the tour and the wines!

Our Guide Susana picked it us up in GTO and drove us to the horse meet Nicko the horse guide handler was so hospitable let us ride freely if you have experince and Susana took such great care- we had so much fun the views were just amazing they even took pictures for us. We will be back my daughter 13 yrs old just loved it!

The most complete experience of tequila immersion!
Where do I begin…this experience is such a rich and complete immersion in the world and knowledge of Tequila. I have experience going to wineries in multiple places, both in the US and in Mexico (my uncle is a sommelier), and this is probably one of the most amazing ones! Ximena is not only fun and knowledgeable, but I, because of a bad experience with my credit card, got to see her humanity and integrity during our experience. This says a lot to me. It shows that she not only loves what she does, but she loves the people she serves. The class went well into detail of how tequila is made and we got to taste and be explained about the flavor profiles of multiple different tequilas. I came out of this experience so incredibly content and I would come and bring my friends on many other occasions. Ximena, you know our experience and I am so appreciative of your understanding and your level of patience with us. Thank you so so much!

This is a wonderful class - much more than a typical tasting. My friend and I learned how to determine the quality of pretty much any alcoholic beverage. So educational and fun. And the tequilas were excellent. This was a rare and valuable experience!

Such a beautiful vineyard and even better guide, Stephanie, that showed us around and told us about the history and uniqueness of this small and relatively new winery. The grounds were amazing and well designed, which makes sense given an architect is the sole owner of the estate. Highly recommend for a tour and tasting.

We book for in tour and sensory tasting. The place is beautiful we were not in harvest times but its wines are excellent and delicious and what to say about its olive oil more than a delight. We move on to their store later where you can buy and admire everything they produce. Lavender oils, rosemary, olive and of course its excellent wines. We love them.

Beautiful winery and quality wines
This was a 20 minute Uber from center of San Miguel de Allende and requires a 24 hour advance reservation for wine tasting. We are from Paso Robles, California and we love our wines. This place blew us away with its historic location and beautiful views. Paco the wine maker gave us a great tutorial of his wines and the food pairing of each wine that brought the best in each wine variety. We highly recommend a visit to this winery. You will not be disappointed in the quality of their wine and the beauty of their winery.
