Our guide, Caroline, for the Shanghai Night River Cruise, was absolutely amazing. She was such a lovely person, with wonderful knowledge and she made our night absolutely perfect. The lights of Shanghai were unforgettable & our dining experience lovely. We would thoroughly recommend this tour.

We had a wonderful private tour with Xin to Zhujiajiao Water Town. Through her we learnt some interesting history, walked through beautiful gardens, sampled tea, enjoyed a boat ride & a lovely lunch. Xin also helped us find some lovely souvenirs. It was just so relaxing and enjoyable to be guided and not have to worry about anything. The private transport there & back was also effortless and very worthwhile.

Queena was amazing from the moment we met to the moment we finished the tour. Knowledgeable, informative and very open to questions. She made sure we saw all the important sights, got great photos for us so we could enjoy the tour and made sure we picked the right dishes for dinner to have the best time. The tour was amazing and I would recommend it to anyone coming to Shanghai

Alana organised an exceptional tour of Shanghai for me, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience on my very first visit to China. From start to finish, everything was seamless. Her English was excellent, and she was incredibly focused on making the trip enjoyable and tailored to my interests. The itinerary—including the tower visit, night river cruise, and market tour—was perfectly planned and executed.Judy, the tour guide, truly made the experience unforgettable. She was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout. It felt like the entire tour was carefully shaped around my needs, which made it all the more special. The driver also deserves recognition—professional, attentive, and deserving of 5 stars.Overall, the warmth, kindness, and welcome I received in Shanghai made a lasting impression. I would highly recommend Alana and her team to anyone visiting the city.

Great tour. After the hustle and bustle of Shanghai, it was lovely to drive out to the beautiful water village. Our driver and car were very good. Our guide Kalvin was fantastic. Not only did he give us a great tour of the water village, he gave us so much more information about Shanghai and China. We had lunch with Kalvin in a family restaurant overlooking the canal. Very smooth tour facilitated by Kalvin! My mom and I enjoyed his thorough knowledge of the city as we traveled to and from the boat. Boat tour was incredible with fascinating views and a private area to enjoy the scene. The Uyghur food afterwards was an excellent meal!

We had a wonderful trip to the beautiful water town of Zhujiajiao with Kalvin. Everything went smoothly, and Kalvin was very knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a lot about Chinese culture and history, as well as the historical development of Shanghai. It was interesting to hear about both the big things, like the architecture and history of the town, and the small details, like the fish and the Chinese game of Go. Kalvin also shared a thought that really stayed with me: life is like playing Go, make your moves wisely and have no regrets.
