Wonderful tour tasting wine and experiencing the culture of Croatia. Our guide was very informative on both the wine, the family histories and how olive oil was made back in the days before electricity.

Fantastic afternoon in the beautiful countryside. Friendly knowledgeable guide. Transfer turned up on time and it was good to take in the views on the way to the valley. On the tour itself and at all the vineyard stops, it was good to learn the history and traditions of the family owned vineyards and Mills. Wine tasting was excellent. Really enjoyed the whole experience. Vineyard Botana (last stop) was the best with grandma's cake and excellent host!!. Thank you 😊

Konavle valley wine tour. Picked up from our hotel and taken to three very different vineyards. Each had there own style and character. One had a working flour mill with demo and history, loved this. At each stop the owners brought local crafts and foodstuffs to try and buy. Between the vineyards we were transported on a small land train. Great photo ops. Great wine and lovely people. Our pick of the tours we did on this holiday.

We had such a lovely time on this cute little wine train. The first winery we stopped at was Brajkovic Winery which had the best red wine we've had in Croatia, we had to buy 2 bottles to take home with us, although one didn't last the journey...The train takes takes you around the beautiful countryside and the tour is a lovely mixture of gorgeous scenery, delicious wine and sandwiches as well as local guides knowledge of the history of the area.We also found the driver to be very accommodating. We were staying locally so vouched for getting to the first location by bike. The driver of the coach made arrangements for us to be taken back to our accommodation via the wonderful yellow train and we would pick up our bike the following day.Such a lovely way to spend a Saturday afternoon 😊

It was very confusing, Gulliver travel kept on changing the pick up location, we had to walk to another hotel, but when I booked they said the pick up was in our hotel, I talked to concierge several times and they called to verify but there was a mixed up….i used Cool Destinations 4 different tours for this vacation but this one was even a 3 star only

This is well worth booking, if you're here in Croatia, and looking to do something different. We were picked up, exactly on time, outside our hotel, and driven around 25 mins to the first winery. Our guide, Tom, was very knowledgeable and his English was good. We were offered two samples of wine and given a talk about the history of the winery. A short "road train" journey took us to a further two wineries and a flour mill. All very interesting, with tastings and the opportunity to buy products, we learned very little about the actual wine making process, but lots about the families whose businesses we visited. Nonetheless, it was an enjoyable experience, particularly the final winery, where we were served Grandma's cake and some home made liqueur. The whole trip was around 4 hours from pick up to drop off. You need good walking shoes and a bottle of water! Would definitely do this again.

We had a wonderful time on this tour. The families are lovely, the crew was informative, and the views were magical. Our pickup stop was missed, we called and they sent a private car for us immediately. But would suggest if you don't get a pickup message the day before or day of contact them to ensure pickup.

We had a very good time on our wine tour and tasting. Included some great snacks along the way. The konvale area was stunning to see and experience in the little train even stopping at a water mill where the guy showed us how it all worked. Our only negative was that we never got to experience having a walk down the vineyards which would have made the experience even better.

An amazing trip from start to finish. Huge thank you to our bus driver Peter and our amazing guide Tony. Tony made our day with his extensive knowledge and amazing sense of humour. The hospitality from all of the vineyards and mills we stopped at was amazing. Thank you to everyone involved in this lovely trip. We highly recommend it , certainly not one to be missed. Well worth the money ❤️

Amazing wine and an opportunity to see more of the region and learn about the history/culture. It was a fun way to meet other people and the train is a cute touch.

We very much enjoyed this experience offered by TUI. It is well worth it!! We went to 5 different stops, 4 of which had wine and the other had traditional sweets and a mill. The hosts were all excellent we very much enjoyed the wine. It was great fun to travel by the train between the different locations and a perfect way to see the countryside!

The train was ideal going to each vinage The watermill was interesting saw the wool being pressed and the blanket that were produced

We got to try a number of wines and the train was a novelty. It was lovely to see all the vineyards and at one there was local provide on offer to taste, the ham was incredible. The only issue was the tour ran on and we missed our dinner reservation

A really interesting and wonderful afternoon in the vineyards of Konavle, learning about the local area and culture and getting to taste a good amount of the produce too! An extra surprise when we visited the still-working water mills, and an enjoyable feast on very simple but very tasty food at one of the stops. Our guide was very knowledgable (and entertaining too). I’d definitely recommended this tour.

brilliant afternoon wine tasting through the vineyards by train. Tony the guide was very entertaining and knowledgable. The wines and food were tasty . It was wonderful to see how the vineyard owners had been able to rebuild their live and save the vines and produce excellent award winning wines . Would highly recommend this trip

Fabulous tour of the vineyards near Dubrovnik accompanied by our helpful, knowledgeable and humorous guide, Tony. It was wonderful to see and hear how proud the local growers were of their delicious wine. Highly recommended!
