We had an amazing day on this tour! Balos and Gramvousa are absolutely beautiful, a must do if you are staying in Crete. The trip was well organised from start to finish, and it was definitely worth paying for the VIP ticket option as it's much quieter on the top deck where you get your own reserved double sun lounger, perfect for a couple. The lunch was also HUGE and very tasty, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great day❤️

We had a fantastic day with Captain Michael and stew Vera with ideal weather. They provided a day full of excellence service. They timed our stops so we beat crowds or arrived shortly before they departed. The fresh fruit, lunch, and drinks were a cherry on top. We always felt safe and recommend this crew!

Well worth it for only €14 each. Saw many different types of fish and a large eel. Part of the trip was in the viewing area downstairs on boat and part was sightseeing from deck. Really enjoyed the trip.

Daniel was great and really made the trip! So funny and friendly and came to have a chat with us. Food was lovely and the music selection was great! There was around 18 of us on the boat which was a great size. Beware the flamingo float is difficult to get on and you might accidentally fall upside down! But Daniel was so helpful with any of the floats/ snorkels, etc. amazing time would recommend to anyone :)

A great way to celebrate my milestone birthday!
I chose this excursion for my 50th birthday, and it did not disappoint! We were a group of three couples. Pickup was punctual (be sure to choose a transfer on the front end as this excursion does NOT leave from Chania!). It was about 35-40 minutes from Chania to the catamaran. I'm not sure exactly how many people were on the boat with us, maybe 20-25?? It was hard to say because there was so many places for all of us to sit, so we were spread out most of the time! It takes almost an hour to get to Balos. Our time there seemed short, but it was enough time to go into the lagoon and enjoy it for a little while. We were sort of glad we left when we did because a massive ferry dropped off HUNDREDS of people as we were leaving. After that, we went to Gramvousa where you had the option to stay on the boat or go ashore. You could walk up to the top and see the fortress or go to the beach. Most of us opted to stay on the boat and chill. The lunch was delicious. We had two hot dishes -- moussaka and boureki, then bread, Greek salad, tzatziki, and dakos (Greek bruschetta). Plus, you had unlimited beer or wine. On the cruise back, they even offered Aperol spritzes which was a nice touch! Be sure to bring water shoes for the walk to the lagoon at Balos. It is really rocky! The crew was great. They were clear in their instruction, but also hospitable and made sure we were happy. I would book this tour again in a heartbeat!
