Top Corsica Private Sightseeing Tours

Perfect tour. We came in from a cruise ship and wanted a quick sight seeing tour. We really enjoyed it!

I thoroughly enjoyed my walking tour with Walter, who was charming and full of wonderful anecdotes about the history of Cagliari. We walked through many quarters of the old city, and I especially enjoyed the Castello district, with the beautiful cathedral and most interesting crypt. I strongly recommend this tour to someone who wants a good historical overview of the city and a chance to visit special streets and hidden treasures.

Juliette is a wonderful guide - so warm, friendly and knowledeable.. We booked a 4 hour private tour for our family of 5 and asked Juliette to arrange tastings around Ajaccio (not included in tour price). So much fun, and very tasty! Other than Napoleon's birth place, there really isn't much to see in Ajaccio, but we loved the food tour version that Juliette created for us.

We added this walking tour of Ajaccio to our itinerary as our cruise ship hit multiple ports (Barcelona, Corsica, Marseilles, Genoa, La Spezia, and Rome). I have to say, my family (myself, wife, 19 and 22 year old daughters) were all surprised to say that it ranked near the top of our packed itinerary list.First off - LUDO was a phenomenal guide. He was knowledgable, fun, easy to understand (CRITICALLY IMPORTANT AND NOT OFTEN THE CASE WITH GUIDES), and willing to be flexible to our interests. Then the town of Ajaccio was just beautiful. Clean, safe, walkable, full of shops/markets/restaurants/churches/etc. We had done a self-guided tour in Marseilles just the day before, and had missed the charming spots that a guide would have targeted. So, to have Ludo (our guide), take us to the best spots, we knew it was the right call. He ended our tour right by the amazing market, so we were able to have spritzes and prescutto/cheese/honey right from the vendors for a phenomenal lunch to end our day.The ONLY down side was that our cruise ship required us to be back on board by 7 PM, so we weren't able to see this beautiful island town at night! If you can pull it off, stay for dinner and enjoy the lights and charm. Kudos to Ludo for a great tour. HIGHLY recommend!

Juliet was so sweet and kind and gave us the perfect walking tour and also took us to a great place for some lunchtime meat, cheese and wine. I highly recommend the tour but recommend Juliet even stronger if you have a chance to request her!

So worth having a private guide. We moved quickly but could ask a lot of questions. He is very passionate about his island.

Jean Philippe is the perfect Corsican guide. He gave us a nice history of the island, showed us the highlights of Ajaccio and we ended with an amazing tasting at a local artisan grocery store. He gave us nice recommendations for local spots for food, wine and beer.

We were taken to places we never would have found like Lake Tolla, a honey farm with a beautiful rolling stream and a Pizzeria with the most stunning views

This was a very interesting and informative tour. Length was perfect and Ben did a great job! He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to spend the time with with while learning about Corsica.

Benjamin was punctual and polite and spoke good English. He took care to ask us about our interests and he delivered on what we asked for. He gave us both general facts about Bastia and Corsica (economy, history, demographics, politics, plant and animal life) and shared his personal experiences and opinions. He packed a lot into the two hours and even overran a little, with our agreement. A charming (and probably under-valued!) guide.

We had a fantastic, enthusiastic tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered many questions along our route. A fantastic tour. A+

Great overview of the city of Ajaccio, France. François-Xavier was very informative and we enjoyed seeing many of the highlights of the city. A +

Our guide was great, gave us a ton of information. He was enthusiastic and accommodating. He is French and did a great job explaining things. If i was to say any negatives some Americans might not have been able to understand him. He gave us 100% of his best.

Benjamin was very generous in all his information about the city itself and Corsica as a whole. We loved our experience and definitely recommend it.

We loved this walking tour! Ben was wonderful, he showed us the best that Bastia had to offer and tailored the tour to what we were hoping for (we love explore Europe's churches). We had a great time and would highly recommend this to anyone looking to have a wonderful time in Bastia!

It was truly special to walk the streets of Bastia with a real local. Jennifer was authentic and fantastic. Not a “touristy” tour at all. Kind of felt like we were with a friend of a friend who was happy to show us around her city. We highly recommend this if you’re ready for a tour without the headphones!
