Little information The guide was unpunctual Ground transportation without seatbelts The menu was very poor Very dirty bathroom Dangerous proximity of boats

It was a great experience Luis made us feel like family taking us around and giving us all the history background. Super recommended

I’ve been going to the same place for the last 3 years, but this tour is very good. Transporation is great and the the beach is amazing and it comes with food for such an amazing price can’t really beat it. This time we had Miguel as our tour guide and he was very informative and spoke excellent English!

This was truly one of the highlights of my trip—100% recommended! The speed boat ride itself was exciting and smooth, giving us the chance to enjoy breathtaking views of the Caribbean along the way.The stops at the Rosario Islands were absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear waters perfect for swimming and relaxing. Each location felt like a postcard, and there was plenty of time to take in the beauty and enjoy the surroundings.Barú was just as incredible, with its white sandy beaches and vibrant atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind, enjoy the sun, and have a great meal by the sea.The entire experience was very well organized, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish. If you're visiting Cartagena and want a mix of adventure, relaxation, and beautiful scenery, this trip is a must-do!

It was an amazing experience. From the start everything was well organized and the staff was very friendly and attentive throughout. The islands are beautiful, with crystal clear waters and spectacular scenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea.We had enough time to meet, swim and enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. It is certainly a totally worthwhile plan if you visit Cartagena. I would recommend it 100%.

A great experience and so much fun. Gentle horses were easy to ride. Learned so much about Colombian culture. Luis was an excellent guide and did not disappoint!

Cartagena Concierge is the best! They found a private boat to go to the islands when everyone was sold out. It was last minute and during the holidays. And the price was great. They worked a miracle. The islands were incredible. So beautiful and so much fun! Cindy and Andres from Cartagena Concierge made the trip incredible and so easy for us. They are the best!!

Communication with Cartagena Concierge was easy and quick from day one. They catered to my vacation needs, creating a dream destination for my close friends and me. They offered options ranging from a single room to accommodations for up to 30 people—a dream come true. Mr. Andres, who was in charge of the boat, was very professional and knowledgeable about the coast and the seas in the area. It was a pleasure how he kept us informed, providing every detail about everything we saw. The service on board was impeccable, ensuring we were comfortable throughout the journey to the island. There, another wonderful surprise awaited us, organized by Miss Sindy, Mr. Andres's colleague from Cartagena Concierge, who was in charge of our vacation. My friends and I were fortunate to arrive on an island where we had a fantastic stay, with all the necessary amenities for the weeks of vacation we spent in this privileged location in Cartagena. 100% grateful and highly recommend Cartagena Concierge and its team.

The morning of and transportation was a bit confusing as the website and the WhatsUp app said two different things as far as the meet location and or pick up from hotel. When we made the reservation it never asked to be picked up from hotel. We confirmed it morning of and canceled the uber as it was no longer needed. Bus picked us up on time and we were on our way with another group. Milton was our tour guide and he spoke English very well and answered all of our questions while on the bus. He was amazing and very nice guy. Once at the beach, it was amazing and so worth it to get a day bed. The food and drinks were yummy. The day was perfect. Thank you Milton for an amazing day and being there to answer our questions every step of the way.

Very good experience, very good lunch, everything very quiet, super recommended and very good service from our Milton guide.

Luis and his daughter Maria picked us up from our hotel in Centro Cartagena and took us to their ranch, along the way they gave us some insights into the local area and its wildlife. At the ranch we were introduced to the Paso Fino horses and given a demonstration of their unusual gait and learnt about the history of these magnificent animals. We then drove to the local beach and, after a very short wait, the horses arrived (Gaviota and Muneca), we mounted up and set off along the coast. Once we were comfortable on the horses, Luis and his daughter took some wonderful video and photos of us riding through the water. We then went for a long ride down the beach and back and were able to ride the horse out in the waves before going back to the hotel for a drink and cerviche before our trip back to the hotel.A wonderful experience from people who are clearly passionate about their animals. Wish we had done it earlier in our holiday as we would have booked additional experiences with Cartagena Horse Tours.

What a magical fantastic experience We were welcomed at our hotel by Luis and Maria. They drove us to their lovely ranch and took care of us the whole afternoon. After learning more about the specificities of the local breed of horses, we then went to the beach. And then the magic started. We spent over an hour horseback riding on the beach with the horses in the sunset. It felt safe and wild. My son was having the time of his life and so was I. Louis is a veterinarian, he knows his stuff but most of all he loves his horses like members of his family. He doesn’t over promote because he wants his horses to be healthy and happy. I can only thank them for making this moment with my son even more special..
