We found this park to be reasonably priced. There was a good range of rides to cater for a range of ages and the wait times for rides was very good. There were plenty of the inflatable available for rides and apart from food and drink everything was included in the entrance fee. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The payment system using wrist bands worked very well. Overall compared to water parks we have visited elsewhere this park is a favourite.

Spent a very interesting couple of hours on this tour. Building is a lovely air conditioned space, staff are lovely & make you feel welcome, exhibits are fantastic and the audio tour was very informative and interesting. Highly recommend a visit to the cafe after your visit - food & coffee very good and the view of Chania is fabulous. There are lockers to leave your beach bag etc so you can walk down to the beach for a swim afterwards. All in all, a brilliant experience. Museum is closed on Tuesdays.

We had a wonderful day trip here a few days ago. We have been before and absolutely loved it so needed a return visit. The weather has been amazing so we booked with our tour operator. The trip is for the whole day and you get picked up and returned to your hotel. The park itself is clean, well run, has attractions for all ages and abilities and is very safe. We went on all of the rides because it was fairly quiet and there was no queueing but it can get busy so beware of this. You are given a bar coded wrist band and a locker wristband on entry. There are plenty of lockers available. There are also lots of showers and changing facilities. It is a cashless park so you charge everything to your barcoded wrist band and pay up on exit. The food is good and not too expensive. One tip: wear water shoes if you are just walking around the park as the tiles get super hot. Customer care: i lost a very special bag unfortunately whilst we were visiting. I thought it had been stolen but when i contacted the customer care department, they actually found my items, then emailed me to say they had it and at my request, so kindly gave it to a taxi driver who brought it to my hotel that morning. I am overjoyed at getting my items back. I can not tell you how grateful i am to the staff involved. A massive thank you. You are the best.

Fantastic day here with my sons. We all loved the crazy river. My sons also enjoyed the Olympic sized pool (although they were upset that there wasn't a deep section of it).We got the ticket that included a salad, a meal, ice cream and a drink, it was definitely worth it. We slso liked the fact that everything you brought was scanned onto your wrist band so you paid at the exit. Not as many life guards as I used to seeing at water parks, and the crazy river often had noone at the top to tell you when to go (only one life guard on the second pool). We are all strong swimmers but for some families were they aren't this maybe a concern. Only negative thing was the fact that you had to go through all of the puctures taken that dsy to find your picture. That took ages. Maybe they can think of a better way to organise the pictures. We got there about 10.45 (picked up at 9.40 at McDonald's Malia) and then the coach left the park at 4pm,it would of been good to stay until it closed. My sons 11 and 14 wanted to stay longer.

Enjoyable water park with lots of good slides. Pay on entry and get a wristband, you then lock away your valuables and use the bar code wrist band to get food & drinks throughout the day, paying on the way out.

Excellent value for money. Some fantastic slides with some really scary ones too. Great time of year to go as no queues at all. Food and drink were reasonably priced too and the wristband system was a great idea too

The trip was absolutely amazing, we got the water thrills we were after and we’re glad there were vegan otions on site. The photographs were lovely and we were so glad to have met Maya, Rafaela and Emi; we were blown away by their jolly nature, genuine interest in our lives and attention to detail with our Photo packages! A great day covering all aspects.

A little hidden away but once you stumble upon it, WOW.well worth the walk to discover the amazing history of the island in a beautifully modern and clean building. The exhibits are very interesting going back beyond the ancient Greeks to the first settlers of Crete and then covering everything onwards, wonderful statues and star exhibits of an ancient collapsed home from an earthquake with an interesting story and stunning floor mosaics.So glad we made the effort to visit on our one day visit off of a cruise!

A very new museum, with full explanatory material. Nevertheless, I found the self-guided tour by Cio Muse extremely useful. Very pleasant and charming experience, especially if you have teens with you,

Of the two weeks of our holiday this was my daughters' favourite day. The staff were pleasant and extremely helpful. The food was good and the various slides etc catered for all ages. The park was clean and we'll maintained. We would definitely recommend a day here.

Bus driver was a bit abrupt and rude when we presented our ticket on my phone. He kept shouting he needed printed receipts!! Not sure which century he is living in.The park itself was busy, but most queues were no more than 10 minutes or so. The rides were mostly good, some a bit tired but I’ve been to much worse.Would definitely go again, but maybe by taxi next time to avoid the aggravated bus driver!!

In itself a nice park it is paid a lot of attention to safety sometimes a bit very tight, especially as far as sliding with smaller children. It must really only be slid individually without exception. The slides themselves are really good, what disappointed us completely was the food. We had various things like sandwiches and castles all complete garbage if you ask me even the kids didn't want much of it. You also have to pay some attention to how much you pay there extensively because you can pay with your bracelet and that can quickly run out.

Decent.Pick up point was a 2min walk for us. Driver was on time and gave us plenty of time in the park.You dont pay for food and drink as you get it. You Get your wrist band scanned and pay on way out. Which worked fine and prices inside were fair. Don't lose it as you'd be charged €100.Plenty there for everyone. If you want to just lay in the sun while kids play, you can and sunbeds were free with our vendor. Olympic sized pool if you want to simply swim, and loads of slides for people wanting a rush.The official photographer there was a good set up. They will get photos of you on everything you do, without getting in your face and hounding you to buy them on the way out, like most water parks. You simply go in a little hut on the way out (if you want) and scroll the laptops for any photo you want. You could also have fridge magnets, keyring etc.All in all a decent day out.

We arrived about 11:30am as we had a delayed start to our day. Would have been better to get there at opening as we ran out of time for all the slides. Queue wasn’t bad to get in and it was efficient. You are given wrist bands with a barcode so you can purchase items during your day and pay the bill when you leave. This was great for the children when they wanted ice cream or drinks. The slides were really good and well spaced through the park. Due to the children’s height we could only go on the level 1 and 2 slides but there was still so much to do. One of the best ones was the zip line over the wave pool! Some of the queues with the rings were a bit long but worth it. The only negative I have was the cleanliness of the park. There was a green algae line as you enter the wave pool which doesn’t look great and general rubbish littered in places. The site needs a bit more upkeep in my opinion. Overall a great day, lots of fun had and the children asked to go back again.

There were not many people at that time, despite the good weather and relative heat. As a result, we followed the descents in buoys and on slides, and it contributed to a superb day. The catering offer is correct (burgers are not good, but pasta or pizzas are good). The locker is a bit expensive (€4), and the photos are overpriced (15 bullets a photo, just that!) My advice, if you are not interested in souvenir photos at this price, do not waste your time in photo shooting...
