Marcela is a dedicated Reiki teacher and practitioner whose life experience informs her teaching. Her style is approachable, engaging, supportive, and professional. Marcela creates a comfortable atmosphere for students, and the classes flow at a pace that maximizes learning. At first, I only planned to take the first course to learn how to practice Reiki on myself. I liked the first class so much that I decided to take the second course as well. Marcela does a lot of demonstration and hands-on practice time with each technique, as well as teaching the foundations and some history of Reiki. She provides resources for students after the course, such as an online Reiki circle and community. If you've thought about learning Reiki, I highly recommend this teacher. You'll meet a wonderful teacher and learn a valuable skill you can use for the rest of your life.

I really loved learning Reiki from Marcela because her expertise is impressive and she's open to approaching Reiki from all angles in order to understand it better and spread awareness as to how helpful and effective it is as a healing technique! She inspired me to utilize my Reiki skills in volunteer work and integrate it into my career. I had a great time at Marcela's Reiki classes. In the Reiki 1, I learned how to do a self Reiki healing and giving healing to others. She was very thorough in the class. Her recordings were very helpful for me to practice on my own. After class, when I had questions during self practice, she was very nice and patiently answered all my questions. I would recommend anyone who is interested taking Reiki class, definitely take it with Marcela!
