Awesome history and hiking. Great pick up and communication. The description may be for more than this hike. There was no souvenir photo or professional photographer, but that is not a deal breaker. Alfredo took our photo with our phone. The water in the river is dry without a lot of rain so there might not be a waterfall. 5 stars. Alfredo was soooo informed and genuine.

Fellipe gave us a lovely tour of the library and the Palace. He was very knowledgeable about the University and it's history. We so appreciated learning from him. If you visit Coimbra, you should definitely take this tour. And, just walk through the streets of Coimbra. It is charming and a lovely place to visit.

Sergio was on time (actually was early and wait for us 😊) a great guide with good driving and information. Thank you for taking and introducing us to many wonderful sightseeing places. Your recommendations Chanfana lunch was delicious. The pace was excellent and we luck out with just the 2 of us for this trip so it is like a “private tour”.

Great day with Sérgio. He is knowledgeable on a wide variety of subjects. I really enjoyed learning about some of the landscape challenges with invasive species and fire on our drive. The villages are beautiful and we enjoyed exploring them. Like nothing I have seen before. I definitely recommend Sérgio for a super experience.

We booked this tour last minute during our visit to Coimbra and could not have been more pleased with everything! Alfredo was such a wonderful tour guide. His genuine love for the area and nature made our trip so enjoyable. The shiest villages are amazing hidden gems. All of our stops include fun little art or coffee shops. Gelato and Chestnut liqueur are a must! Do not hesitate to book a tour today!!!
