The taxi service is really amazing. Mr Chao, our driver was superb. He was always on time. Also Mr Jay helped with booking tickets and organizing the taxi service. Everything was absolutely superb.

This is the second time we have hired this service. But on this second time, the guide/driver we got was unbeatable; his treatment and professionalism were excellent. We do not remember the man's name exactly, but we would like to thank him for the treatment we received. He brought us food and water, compared prices for us up to the point of departure, and picked us up on the way back. Thank you very much

Worth booking with the optional lunch - maybe it was because of the 4 hour hike beforehand, but the meal at the end tasted fantastic! Our guide Kevin spoke excellent English and had a good sense of humour, with lots of useful information. You really want to ensure you get at least 3-4 hours on the wall included in the timing of your visit.

Great experience and great value for our family. The driver was very friendly and welcoming. He even prepared some snacks and fruit for us to take on our walk, which was very thoughtful.We didn’t need a tour guide, so there were no extra costs. The driver helped us purchase the shuttle bus tickets and showed us where to go. After that, we explored the Great Wall and took the cable car at our own pace.Everything was easy and well organised. We really enjoyed the flexibility and would definitely recommend this service! 😊The driver also gave us a one-dollar gift note featuring a photo of the Great Wall, which was a lovely and memorable touch.

Meeting point was easy to find and Kevin was friendly, bubbly and enthusiastic. Trip to the wall was ok, we found the legroom on the bus was a little cramped especially for my husband with long legs. Cable car tickets were easily acquired from Kevin and all went smoothly thanks to Kevin’s clear instructions. The Great Wall was much steeper than expected but we climbed as much as we liked in the time we had. Cable Cars trips were lovely. Lunch was great and we had the chance to meet some of the other travellers which was great.

My husband, 18 year old son and I had a wonderful experience with Aaron as our guide to Mitianyu on a very hot July day. Aaron and our driver Mr Peng picked us up from our hotel in a large, air-conditioned van and we made our way about 1.5-2 hours to the Great Wall.The crowds were pretty intense, but Aaron took care to guide us through them and he brought water to keep us cool. He kindly found great spots for photos and took a great one of our family.We also loved the Chinese restaurant we went to after the tour. Some of the most delicious food we ate on our whole trip.Thanks to Subflower for organizing the trip, and Aaron for his hospitality and guidance, and Mr Peng for his great driving!

Very good tour, Lucy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Covers a huge amount of Beijing and Great Wall in a single day and strongly recommend.One slight bit of advice. Cool Destinations support informed me that it was possible to do pick up and drop off at the airport (as I was on a layover) which is not the case. Pick up is in Central Beijing and they can drop you off 20-25 min from Airport and requires Taxi or Didi. Suggest updating the messaging on the Cool Destinations listing.

I had an excellent experience on this tour and would absolutely recommend it.We visited Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the Great Wall, and the entire day was very well organized from start to finish. Our guide was perfectly on time and immediately created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. He was friendly, approachable, and very attentive throughout the whole experience.What I especially appreciated was how many explanations and interesting details he shared along the way. He gave historical background, answered questions openly, and made every place feel much more meaningful than simply walking through it on our own. His open and engaging personality made the tour enjoyable and easy to follow.Another big advantage was the small group size. It never felt crowded or rushed, and everything ran smoothly and efficiently. We had enough time to enjoy each location without feeling stressed.Overall, this was a fantastic experience and a great way to discover these iconic places. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Beijing.

Right from the time I booked till I meet my driver Wang, everything was professionally done. It was excellent experience with Driver Wang. He explained me everything right from beginning to the end everything step by step. I took a package for Mutianyu Great Wall of China right from my Airport drop off. He even provided me with water, tea, coffee and some light snacks & even umbrella as it could rain at the Great Wall of China.
