The Passion of Paradise crew under Captain Darcy are consummate professionals. Our day trip to the GBR was faultless from start to finish. Check in, directions and entrance to the boat were so warm and clear. Coffee & fruit upon boarding was such a nice welcome. The snorkelling equipment was clean and instructions great condition and instructions to be safe in the water were very clear, with the team watching out to keep us safe. The team got straight in with us to help guide any unsure swimmers and point out marine life we may have otherwise missed! Their commitment to customer service was evident when the swimming team got straight out and straight onto serving lunch, we were super grateful. The food at lunch time was impeccable and of super high restaurant standard- a stunning range of salads and hot food. On the journey back to land we had a 30 minute marine talk from one of the team, which was so so educational, concise and beautifully presented. The captains, skippers, chefs and stews have such an evident passion for hospitality and genuine care for their passengers. We have had an incredible day on board Paradise III, thank you to the incredible crew for such an unforgettable day! I cannot recommend this company, crew and day enough.

We actually did 2 tours over 2 days. Josh was amazing, informative, easy going. We originally booked through a tour operator and there were a few hiccups, but Josh sorted everything successfully. We had 2 great experiences over 2 days. His 20 years in the industry shows through in his professionalism. I would not hesitate in booking a tour with Region X. My wife and I will be back next time we come this way.

Amazing underwater experience
This was a great whole day experience where we were looked after and taken to explore coral reefs and the sea creatures that made it their home. The guides were really supportive of everyone's snorkelling needs and led us to the best places to see corals, varieties of fish, turtles and to swim with mantarays. We were fortunate to see at least six at one time, it was amazing. Refreshments of cake, fruit, hot and cold drinks and a delicious lunch were enjoyed by everyone. Thank you to all the team for an amazing day, and for help getting back on the boat, from the water!!

We had an absolutely amazing family experience with Pure Snorkelling in Cairns! The whole crew was incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and they made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire trip.Brad accompanied us in the water and explained so much about the marine life and everything we were seeing. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience even more special for our whole family.The snorkelling at the Great Barrier Reef was breathtaking, with beautiful coral and lots of colourful marine life. We especially loved the relaxed atmosphere and the excellent organisation from start to finish.A fantastic experience and definitely one of the highlights of our time in Cairns. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What a great adventure! The boat is top notch and the crew was especially nice and helpful. Kudos to Alex, he helped my wife out when she got in the water, as it was a bit rough and she was afraid. He calmed her down and helped ensure she had a nice snorkeling experience. Captain Tahn and Callie were very special and the whole experience was worth every penny spent. I can’t say enough about how helpful and knowledgeable the crew was and would book again in a heartbeat! Don’t let the cost scare you away, it’s totally worth it!

WOW!! Actually wow is an understatement!! This tour was phenomenal!! Couldn’t have asked for a better day!! The wildlife was amazing, we saw turtles, sharks, a dugong, a dolphin and of course the majestic manta rays put on an amazing show!! The staff on the tour were brilliant!! Paul, Mike, Esther, Marina and Ellie made the whole day run smoothly, they were so friendly and approachable and you can tell they all genuinely love their jobs!! Thanks for making our bucket list tour one hell of a day to remember!!

Our lovely guide was incredibly patient, attentive and caring. She made sure that everyone in our group was well looked after, regardless of their swimming or snorkelling experience. She took the time to help each person feel comfortable and safe in the water.She also took us searching for sea turtles and introduced us to the many different fish and marine life we saw along the way. Her enthusiasm and knowledge made the whole experience even more special.The two hours went by far too quickly, but the memories will stay with us for a very long time.Thank you for such a beautiful experience. We had a great day out with Aquascene. The guides, Jake and Garry were really friendly, polite and super interesting. The boat was well appointed, and the guides took us to great places for snorkelling and swimming.It was really kid friendly, with all sort of paddle boards and boogie boards with glass holes to see through (for the kids who didn't want to snorkel).We come to Maggie all the time, and finally got around to doing this. We wished we'd done it years ago - highly recommend!
