What an incredible experience! The location alone was worth visiting the setting was absolutely beautiful, and the entire place had such an authentic, rustic charm. The host was a lovely lady who put so much effort into teaching everyone how to make pasta, taking the time to help each person individually and making sure everyone felt included and confident. After the class, we were treated to an amazing dinner that was the perfect ending to the experience. Truly a 10/10 experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting!

Irene was incredible, warm with a great sense of humor. My whole family had a great evening! A highlight of the trip for sure.

We are 5 in our group, they were absolutely great. Very personable helpful cheerful and pleasant. We made pasta which they cooked to perfection and the accompaniments were great and they served us wine. What could be better??

This was an amazing evening. We joined 8 others for the pasta cooking class. Our fellow guests were from 3 other European countries. The setting is really pretty. In the countryside outside Alghero. About a 20 minute drive. The estate has two friendly family dogs which is always a very good omen of a happy and united family. The building for the cookery class was an old stable we were told. It has been converted really nicely into a kitchen and classroom and dining area. We got to make different pasta shapes under Irene’s guidance and we got to make two types of pasta dough. Then we each had our own pasta making machine to roll and fold and cut our pasta into Tagliatelle and Ravioli. We learned so much and had fun along the way. The remainder of the night we relaxed and had the opportunity to taste beautiful canapés and starters. Then our ravioli in a tomato sauce and our tagliatelle with a garlic based sauce. All finished off with a lovely light Crema Catalana. We came away feeling really happy and very satisfied with our evening. Great cooking instruction in a great venue and with great colleagues and teachers. It was a really enjoyable evening.

It was wonderful & the hostess & her son led us so warmly & welcoming through the evening. Also the place itself is beautiful, the food & wine were excellent and the homemade pasta succeeded:-) I can highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time. Irene and her son had prepared everything beautifully. The farm has a lovely atmosphere and is very cosy; in the evening, everything is lit up. We made six types of pasta, two of which were cooked at the end. We were also given lots of local delicacies to try. Irene explained everything very patiently. Afterwards, we were given the recipes. We had a lot of fun and learned so much. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful evening in a gorgeous setting. The whole family enjoyed it so much. Irene was so knowledgeable. She patiently showed us several different skills and made it very enjoyable. Delicous drinks and snacks were provided throughout, and an amazing dinner, including some of our own pasta creations, was provided at the end. Highly recommended.

The pasta course was a real experience. Irene received us very warmly. We made the dough ourselves and learned five different types of pasta. The course was accompanied by delicious appetizers and wine. After the work was done, we were allowed to sit down together at a table and Irene prepared two types of pasta with different sauces for us. The course was a lot of fun and is definitely recommended.

It was really nice and so much fun! Irene was so friendly and explained everything so well. Totally enjoyed it and the Pasta was amazing.

Taking Irene’s pasta class was a real treat. The place itself is charming, with a warm atmosphere perfectly set up for a relaxing and fun afternoon. Irene, with her kindness and patience, guides you through the process of making different types of pasta—no previous experience needed. After preparing fresh tagliatelle and ravioli, we enjoyed our creations along with delicious local appetizers and wines. Time flew by, and we left with the feeling that this was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Alghero.

We had the best time. The farm is gorgeous, the cooking class was perfectly done and the food was delicious. The class size was perfect with only 10 people who we enjoyed meeting, coming and eating with.

Amazing experience for my family. The location is magical, the hosts were extremely friendly and warm and pasta making was so much fun. This was the highlight of our trip to Sardinia and I would highly recommend it!

Great atmosphere, pleasant group size and all ES was very lovingly prepared ☺️ In addition to the prepared pasta dishes, there were Sardinian appetizers / appetizers. Clear recommendation!
