What To Expect
Master the flavors of home made pasta Sardinian cuisine, during this hands-on pasta cooking class you will learn how to prepare fresh pasta and to cook it the Sardinian way, while learning also about the dressings other side food tips for a good meal! .
Make your way a few minutes out of town to a farmhouse in the countryside, where you're welcomed in by your friendly hosts and led into the kitchen. Immerse yourself in the Sardinian life style as you're introduced to gourmet products and locally grown ingredients!
Surely you happened to go to friends' house and cook together ... here's, this is what we will do: we will prepare "fresh pasta", I will teach you how to make a good sauce with simple ingredients; during our work will be offered a small aperitif with local cool cuts and cheeses; I will tell you some curiosity about the gastronomic specialties of Sardinia and, finally, you can taste the result of your work accompanied by a good glass of wine of our production: it is open to all friends and you could sit at the table with unknown people but you'll feel like at home.
