Captain Luke was awesome and found wildlife to point out we would have never seen. Even a seal dragging an octopus for dinner. Great tour guide or deck hand made the trip incredible. Views and waterfalls amazing! Don’t miss this tour!!!

Fun experience with great instructors. Great views. Relaxing way to see glaciers close up. The canoeing was easy.

Great experience going into the backcountry of Alaska to get up close to a glacier. Starts with a nice boat ride out of Skagway to the bush camp where we did a short hike to the canoeing portion that took us within about 1 mile of the glacier. The views were spectacular.The hike is rocky, but not difficult for most people. We were told about the local fauna and wildlife. All in all, it was a great experience.The best part though were the guides. From the boat ride to wilderness guides, everyone was ready to share their knowledge and answer any question… and I ask a lot of questions.

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Captain Mike was a great guide, very knowledgeable about the area’s history, geography, wildlife. We were able to get close enough to the seals sunbathing that we were able to get some really cool photos of them. The waterfalls were pretty cool too. Captain Mike also gave us some hiking recommendations that were also thoroughly enjoyable. 5 stars all around!!

Amazing experience! If you get to ride with Tim, one of the naturalists, you’re in for a real treat - he’s exceptional, friendly, personable, and very funny. Definitely made the trip memorable and kept things interesting!

This was a nice way to see a glacier with some activity but nothing crazy. The hour long boat ride each way is completely covered with an option to go outside and has nice scenery. We saw a bunch of stellar sea lions which was fun with how noisy they are. The short hike and bus ride from the pretty beachy shore was nice. The canoe ride is very chill as they have a motor as well. You’re not going to get close enough to touch the glacier or anything but you get to walk around pretty close to it and take pictures. The guides are all very friendly and animated, they keep the energy up! We had Christian in our canoe and he was great! Our lunch was turkey and cheese sandwiches that were better than they sound with chips, granola bar, and water.

We had such a fun day! Tanner, Laura, Dylan, and Emmaline were all very funny, kept us entertained and laughing with good stories, and had great attitudes! We got to get really close to the base of Davidson Glacier after paddling across a lake to it, and we were walking closer and closer until the arctic terns started getting a little territorial and were trying to dive bomb us to tell us to stay back. One swooped down and pooped right on a lady’s head that was in our group with us. She took it like a champ and we just wiped it off but it was awesome and definitely something we will never forget! We would totally recommend anyone to go to Glacier Point! It was the highlight of our whole Alaskan trip!

Cool Destinations needs to make meeting place language clearer. However, after a rough start, it turned out to be a wonderful day. Wildlife did not cooperate, but the delivered an up close and personal experience of many waterfalls. Recent rain added to the water flow, and feeling the mist was part of the fun. Also the length of the excursion was just the correct amount.waterfalls

Luke was a great guide. He has a fun upbeat personality and he’s very knowledgeable about the areas we visited. We saw lots of waterfalls and eagles. The scenery was beautiful. His boat was safe it had plenty of room.

The waterfalls were very pretty. We enjoyed seeing the seals and eagles. We didn't see any other wildlife. My friends and family enjoyed the smoked salmon. The captain did a great job of maneuvering the boat around so that we could get some great pictures and views of the falls. We had beautiful weather!

Absolutely loved this intimate boat ride to see waterfalls and wildlife in Skagway. The guides were AMAZING and the boat was intimate with just 12-14 passengers. The cruise was BEAUTIFUL, breathtaking waterfalls and we got up really close! Saw an eagle, some harbor seals and a bear. Boat was right off the cruise dock. Super easy and the owner was really helpful.

There were only 6 of us on the tour so we were able to really move around the boat and enjoy the sights. The waterfalls were beautiful and we also saw lots of harbor seals and a Stellar Sea-lion. The captain had candied salmon for everyone (I don’t eat fish but I was told it was yummy) and we enjoyed a beautiful afternoon on the water.

Lovely waterfalls, lots of eagles and harbor seals. Hard to find the boat because there was not without much signage.

This was absolutely one of my favorite excursions! Unexpected views of wildlife along with the multiple waterfalls and the animated and knowledgeable tour guides on the boat!

Really awesome excursion! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! We saw plenty of wildlife (whales, seals and bears from a distance), the waterfalls were beautiful! I’d recommend!
