The Godfather Origins of Mafia
Our day exploring Corleone with our private driver, Umberto, was truly unforgettable. From the Mafia Museum and a wonderful lunch in Corleone to the magnificent sights & historic conversation along the way, Umberto made the experience exceptional. His knowledge of Sicily is remarkable, but even more special is the genuine love and passion he has for his homeland. As the grandson of an immigrant from Sicily I felt connected. He shared that love with us throughout the journey, giving us a deeper appreciation for the history, culture, and beauty of Sicily.Umberto provided wonderful service from beginning to end, and his warmth and enthusiasm made the day feel personal and meaningful. My son Erik and I were so grateful for this experience and would highly recommend Umberto to anyone wanting to discover the real Sicily.

Excellent Messina & Taormina Tour with Great Communication!
The communication from this tour company was top-notch right from booking, including a WhatsApp message the day before and direct contact from our driver the morning of with his live location for a seamless port pickup in Messina. We customized our itinerary to start in Taormina, making a fantastic preliminary stop in Castelmola for a church visit, local sight-seeing, and incredible cannolis and liquor. Our driver then dropped us off on the main street in Taormina. It’s worth noting for future travelers that this portion of the tour is free exploration time on your own (about 2 hours) rather than a walking tour with the driver. While we initially expected a guided walk based on the "private tour" label, it actually worked out wonderfully—giving our family group nice, uninterrupted time to shop, wander, and grab a bite.Due to the weather, we couldn't get a clear view of Mt. Etna, though we would have loved if the itinerary had included going a bit closer to make Etna more of a central focus. That said, our driver's lunch recommendation was spot-on, and on the way back to Messina, he took us to several great sightseeing spots and an amazing dessert place. Our driver was personable, fun, awesome to spend the day with, and made our time in Sicily unforgettable. Overall, it's a fantastic, high-value option to maximize a short port stay—just go in knowing what to expect for free time vs. guided time!

Godfather tour
This tour was amazing. Umberto was exceptional in his knowledge and we were all enthralled with the true history of the Mafia. But this was so much more than that. Umberto was a delight. He was very accommodating to our group. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time with him. He even gave us some great recipes since we are all cooks.❤️

Pari our tour guide was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and spoke fluent English. We all genuinely felt she loved what she was doing and that made the experience even better. The transport s was also on another level. Felt like a business class coach and they were able to accommodate multiple car seats for our kids.

A Beautiful Tour
Thank you Saro and Graziella for a most beautiful tour. You are very gracious hosts. All four of us loved the tour and all the information provided to us. But mostly we enjoyed your charming company and the very delicious lunch made that morning by Graziella. Everything was fresh and delicious. (We loved your eggplant). We have not stopped talking about it.

Palermo Grand Tour in CruiserCar

We LOVED it!
This tour was SO much fun and easily one of the highlights of our trip! The car was beautiful and such a fun way to experience Palermo, but the absolute best part was our driver and guide, Alessio and Pietro. They were fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience so memorable. Our cruise ship ended up having mechanical issues and we arrived SIX HOURS later than originally scheduled. We were so worried we were going to miss the excursion completely, but Alessio and Pietro were incredibly accommodating. They made rescheduling so easy and completely took the stress out of an already hectic situation.Once we finally arrived, they made sure we still had an amazing experience and never made us feel rushed or like our delay was an inconvenience. We had such a great time with them and genuinely couldn’t have asked for better people to show us Palermo. If you’re considering booking this excursion, DO IT — and if you get Alessio and Pietro, you’re in for an amazing day! Highly recommend!

Our tour guide Francesco was phenomenal. He was so very knowledgeable and made our tour so enjoyable. His witty humor and passion for the history and monuments in Siracusa and Ortigia were evident. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to better understand and appreciate this beautiful Sicilian city.

I am leaving but my heart stays there ..... «I am leaving but my heart stays there»
We booked an exclusive day trip for our family during a vacation in Taormina, and it was an experience that will stay in our hearts. The Blue Diamond Cruise company in Giardini Naxos offers a superior level of service, but the true beating heart of this business is the skipper Saro and his wife Graziella. It is rare to meet professionals so close-knit and prepared, capable of conveying such a deep, authentic, and contagious love for their land and for their work.Graziella was an extraordinary guide: she literally fascinated us by telling us the history of the places, the naturalistic peculiarities, and the backstories about the famous people who lived in these paradises. The stops were dreamlike, with breaks to take unforgettable swims in unique settings like the famous Isola Bella and the evocative Blue Grotto. On board, we were pampered like family, enjoying a delicious lunch full of authentic Sicilian specialties, fresh and flavorful. A special thanks also goes to the wonderful welcome reserved for our little dog Kobe, who was welcomed with open arms and was able to enjoy the sailing in total relaxation together with us.The affectionate management, professionalism, and attention to detail of Saro and Graziella elevate this tour from a simple boat trip to a true journey into the culture and beauty of Sicily. If you are looking for an exclusive, exciting, and impeccable private experience, Blue Diamond is the absolute choice. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this unforgettable day that will remain stored in the treasure chest of our most beautiful memories; it is rare to meet people like you!
