Overview

An Exclusive Private & Customizable tour (we do not combine groups) with licensed Tour Guide & Chauffeur, with MERCEDES VAN or GOLF CART. Your guide will hop-off the vehicle with you at each stop and walk you through the attractions to provide the most complete insights of every attraction.

Meet your guide at your hotel, Airbnb, Termini train station, Airpots or Port of Civitavecchia. During the first five-hour your guide will show you the most important historical sites of Rome. Stop for lunch one hour at 1PM. You can ask your private guide to change your itinerary.

1. The Vatican Museums can only be included in 8/10-hour tours.

2. Colosseum can be included in 5/8/10-hour tours.

CAN BE INCLUDED ONLY IN THE 8-HOUR TOUR One of the richest and most representative museums in the world. Rich in statues, paintings, sarcophagi, mosaics collected by the Popes since the Renaissance. If it's your first time or you have already crossed the threshold of the Vatican in the past, you will decide which collection you prefer to visit before starting the walk inside the long corridor that will take you to the entrance of the Sistine Chapel. The Sistine Chapel is the real reason why thousands of people flock to museums every year. The Last Judgment and The Genesis. Finally, you will see Michelangelo's marble masterpiece: La Pietà. The Basilica will surprise you with its majesty and rich decorations. The Guide will be at your complete disposal in order to fulfil your desire for more information. At the end of the tour you will meet your driver again and continue the tour as scheduled or return to the hotel.

Sistine Chapel

CAN BE INCLUDED ONLY IN THE 8-HOUR TOUR Built by Sixtus IV, from which it takes its name (Sistine Chapel) at the end of the fifteenth century, it is the pictorial representation of the old and new testament performed by the most important painters such as Perugino, Girlandaio, Botticelli to finish with Michelangelo's masterpiece. Inside the "Cappella Magna" so called to stigmatize the religious and political importance of the place, it is not possible to speak, take photos or videos. Palatine Hill (Pass By)

The Palatine Hill, which is the centremost of the Seven Hills of Rome, is one of the most ancient parts of the city and has been called "the first nucleus of the Roman Empire." The site is now mainly a large open-air museum while the Palatine Museum houses many finds from the excavations here and from other ancient Italian sites. Imperial palaces were built here, starting with Augustus. Before imperial times the hill was mostly occupied by the houses of the rich. The hill originally had two summits separated by a depression; the highest part was called Palatium and the other Germalus. Using the Forma Urbis its perimeter enclosed 63 acres; while the Regionary Catalogues of the 4th century enclose 131 acres (53 ha) .
