Our guide Miguel was very kind and very helpful in showing us the ropes (literally!). Another guide, Rafael, was also there and explained everything about the geology along the cliffside of Arrábida Park — you could tell he is truly passionate about the topic. Definitely a must-do activity if you're a fan of Via Ferratas; the view made it completely worth it.

We did a full day tour with 8 people With coasteering in the morning and kayaking the afternoon including transfers to and from Lisbon. The whole experience was great and this is actually the second time I have been out with this company. We absolutely loved the coasteering even if it is a bit terrifying at points (in a good way). Our guides were lovely especially Lieticia and Eduardo. I would highly recommend. We booked with a half price and the value for money was amazing. Would have happily payed full price for the same experience.

I kayaked with David (Wild Sesimbra route) and hiked with Francisco (Alto do Jaspe region). They and Leonor who picked me up from Lisbon were incredibly passionate about what they do and that really added to the experience. Also tried Farinha Torrada for the first time, and scarfed down quite a few. Whole experience is highly recommended!

We had a great and experienced guide who showed us how to do everything and guided us through Arrabida park, telling a little bit about it. It was also very nice of him to give us a ride to the beach when we couldn't find an Uber 🫡 About the rock climbing I think everybody who can try it should do it, that's a wonderful experience with great views and lots of fun!
