Setubal District 2026 Calendar of Events

This is actually my second time with João and I was delighted to be able to let my wife experience being shown around Evora by such a knowledgeable and entertaining guide.João is a fountain of knowledge and he really brings the history of Evora to life, as well as pulling the modern city and the Alentejo into the story.An absolute pleasure to spend the afternoon with.

Our guide Jaoa was exceptional, blending past and present traditions that were easy to understand. He encouraged us to ask as many questions as,we wanted. As this was my first experience in Portugal , he made it an enjoyable experience.

We had a magical sunset horseback ride along the beach and dunes! The horses were lovely and friendly, the scenery was beautiful, and Laura was an amazing guide — great conversation, photos, and a truly relaxing and romantic experience. Highly recommended! ❤️

The best skippers of all time! It is a unique experience. The boat is beautiful and it was possible to catch tons of fish at the bottom!

It was spectacular. We were able to observe the dolphins well and the team that accompanied us was excellent. With very interesting explanations and indications. On a small boat, almost full only with our family, it was an incredible experience. Although the amount to pay is high, it is worth it, which is why we highly recommend it. Thank you (Rafael and the other boy whose name I don't remember).

It’s more than just the cave. The tour operator takes you to both the cave and the small museum and provides insights to the many other archeological and current cultural area highlights.

Very nice experience. The staff is attentive and very pleasant. They make an effort so that you understand the explanations from beginning to end. 10/10

Everything was great! The small group tour is exactly what you need. The guide communicates well with you. Vanessa is a fantastic guide, an interesting storyteller! The surprise at the end of the trip is the cherry on top of the cake! Thank you!

The boat tour was wonderful! Vanessa, our tour guide, explained everything to us perfectly! Seeing the dolphins and even a whale was very impressive! A huge thank you from the bottom of my heart for this wonderful experience! I can recommend the tour to everyone - especially if you want to experience these beautiful moments in a very small group (max 7 people).

An absolutely magical experience! The moment when the dolphins appeared to us will remain etched in our memories. It was spectacular, almost unreal. The excursion is perfectly organized, safe. Vanessa and her mom were very kind. Vanessa, through her knowledge and passion, shared a lot of information with us to better understand these magnificent mammals. My friends and I had an amazing time on this tour! The views of the Sesimbra coastline were absolutely stunning, and we loved hearing the fascinating stories about the local caves along the way.The team was incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. Their communication was excellent, and they made everyone feel welcome and well looked after. As a lovely finishing touch, we were treated to a glass of Moscatel and a delicious cookie at the end of the tour.I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Sesimbra. It was a memorable experience and definitely one of the highlights of our trip!
