We had a great time and our glass beads came out better than expected! Doug was a great instructor and the atmosphere was relaxed and positive. We would definitely do this experience again! Just wish we had more time!

Highly recommend the Melting Point! The shop is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. I was very nervous, but ended up enjoying the session. Doug was very knowledgeable and patient, and my six beads turned out better than I imagined! Definitely a more memorable souvenir/experience than the magnet I grabbed at the airport.

This was such a cool experience. Nothing like a traditional tour. I met with Tara and then she sent me out with several recommendations for places to experience the best of mindfulness in the beauty of Sedona. Her activities were encouraging, grounding, and fun. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to connect more deeply with themselves and the beauty in Sedona.

My wife is a geology major. We went to the Grand Canyon on spring break, and I don’t think this tour could’ve been any better. Cory the guide was fantastic. He understood exactly what we were looking for which was moderate walking due to an injury my wife was recovering from, many different stops with history from archaeology through geology and many of the different characters throughout history. It was simply fantastic.

We truly enjoyed our tour with Chris. we had many locations to view various beautiful areas of the Grand Canyon. Chris fun humor, knowledge of this areas and history of the Grand Canyon were truly enjoyable, I would recommend. Clean safe and on time 👍👍👍👍👍

I’ve done glass blowing before but this was the most hands on I have ever participated in. It was informative and lots of fun. Great dogs to keep you company as well! I would do this again.

It was a beautiful and wonderful experience. My husband and I took the advice that was provided to us before our experience began and it helped us to maximize all Sedona had to offer us in that moment and it was refreshing. We definitely felt the beautiful energy nature offered during our hike.

I have been to Sedona many times, but had yet ever hiked one of its trails. It was my birthday and decided it would my gift to myself! I chose to do a solo mindful hike. The sponsor, Tara, spoke with me the evening prior to determine my level of experience and expectations. She then met with me the morning the hike to share which trails she thought would be best for me - I chose the Smoke Trail at the Red Rock State Park. She then explained, and provided via text, a selection of mindful activities I could choose to do, to enhance my hiking experience. She also advised me to keep alert to any "gifts" Sedona may present to me along the way. At first, I thought these activities might feel intrusive to simply taking a quiet hike. However, having an open mind and trusting Tara's vast experience in hiking, I gave it a go! The hike turned out AMAZING! The activities I chose to do gave me wonderful memories, and unexpected gifts, of my first Sedona hike. For example, see the picture of the rock covered with Lichen, I wrote this Haiku poem:Lichen or not, I Celebrate getting older In Sedona style!I highly recommend this Cool Destinations Activity to anyone and everyone! Tara is very a very thoughtful, caring and creative person. Next year, I plan to return with my three sisters, and do the scavenger adventure hike - can't wait!

Awesome experience for me and my 10 year old son. Doug was a such a great and patient teacher! We loved every moment and can’t wait to do again.

If you're on the fence about this activity...DO IT. I am not artistic and felt a little hesitant to try this. But our instructor Doug (and the safe and comfortable set up of this studio) make it a breeze. Even without natural talent, this was a fun and playful activity that I would totally do again.

The glass bead making class was super fun! It was easier than I expected and it was a cool new thing to learn. Doug was an awesome teacher, he explained everything really well and was easy to follow. He was also really supportive and very kind and helpful!

We had a great experience making glass beads. Doug explained the process so we'll and monitored our progress to give us feedback to make our experience a success. In about an hour, we each made 5 personal beads. It was fun and educational!!!
