Our driver, Pascal, arrived promptly at our designated pickup time and was absolutely delightful! He offered a short detour stop at Augusta Raurica and we enjoyed wandering the mini colosseum while stretching our legs. From there we were off to the Viking dock in Basel to join our cruise. Pascal kept us entertained through the trip with stories of life in the unique corner of France/Germany/Switzerland and spoke with obvious pride in his own family. We would not hesitate to contact him again in the area. Well worth the price and my first ride in a Tesla!

The driver arrived 4 minutes ahead of schedule. Our experiences in Switzerland prior to this was that the driver may not arrive at all. The vehicle was very comfortable. We are VERY glad that we arrived at Zurich Airport 3.5 hours prior to our flight. We needed every minute of it.

I am in the aviation industry private and corporate flying and so I travel all over the world and I must say from all Taxis and shuttle services I’ve used in my many travels I must say I just had the best taxi experience in Zurich and Lucerne with Andrej. I came to Switzerland just for 3 days to celebrate my Valentine bday. He suggested restaurants and even hotels for me to stay at when I decided to extend my stay for two weeks. Our driver was courteous and friendly. He picked us up on time, drove smoothly through light traffic, and dropped us off directly in front of the terminal entrance. There was some confusion during the booking process where I entered our flight time as 9:00 am and ended up with a pickup time of 8:24 pm. I wasn’t able to see this until the payment had been processed. When I noticed the issue it was after working hours two days prior to the trip. I used the Cool Destinations app to send a message to the company requesting an earlier pickup. They responded before opening hours the next day with the new time so the problem was solved.
