It is everything you would want in a hands on cooking class. The two Francesca’s and Luiza were so wonderful and made everyone feel right at home in their home. The whole experience felt like cooking with friends. They were patient and made you feel good about mastering the techniques. The food and wine were amazing. I would definitely do it again!!

What a fantastic experience! We attended the pasta and tiramisu-making course in Florence and absolutely loved every minute. The class was fun, relaxed and wonderfully hands-on, and our instructors were friendly, entertaining and incredibly knowledgeable. We learned how to make fresh pasta completely from scratch, followed by a delicious traditional tiramisu. Everything was explained clearly, making it perfect even for complete beginners. There was plenty of laughter, a lovely atmosphere and, best of all, we got to enjoy everything we had made! It was one of the highlights of our Florence trip and an experience we would wholeheartedly recommend to everyone!

Stefania and Erika are both lovely knowledgeable and passionate about Italian food and culture! We toured the market and learned about the ingredients we were going to be using and were driven to a stunning setting outside Florence to prepare everything. They had us laughing drinking and eating while preparing all the dishes for a delicious lunch and our two young adult children also had a blast and enjoyed the experience as much as we did!

Wonderful wonderful experience! The teachers (Lisa and Roberta) were HILARIOUS and kept all of us (even the kids) thoroughly entertained. The food we made was delicious, but they did make extra doughs in case anyone failed too badly🤣. Highly recommend!
