This was so so good!!!! Our tour guide Maciek was attentive, informative , funny and we learned so much ! I would go to any tour associated with City walks krakow!!!! Well done , time well spent !!!!

Everything was very well organized, from the pick-up to the tickets, with a good guide throughout the trip and, finally, the drop-off.Our driver, Jaromir, took us everywhere in a modern bus. Jaromir is an excellent driver with a great sense of humor.For me, it was a very successful and enjoyable trip!

Jaromir was the best! He was really good and funny.

Great day out good mini bus and a nice and happy driver. The thermal springs wasn’t what l expected it turned out to be a massive new complex which is very good but l thought it was going to be more natural. All the admission fees were included so no messing around when we got there. Very long far but well worth it.

Rudolph was an excellent tour guide. He’s full of enthusiasm for his beautiful city having lived there all his life his love for the it is infectious ! Rudolph is easy to listen to, very clear and concise. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Great bike tour - we went all over Krakow with a local named Thomas who was very knowledgable. I would highly recoemmend this tour again - best to get an electric bike for best coverage. Also ask for Thomas - he was fantastic

To see and sense the cruelty was so humbling—-and you come away a changed person! Eugen our driver was so good at making sure we had our personal needs met (rest room, snack, etc). He was interested in each passenger, and provided conversation related to the locale. The sign when you enter Auschwitz says “Those who fail to remember are doomed to repeat this”. We all must rely on our faith in a living God to make sure this doesn’t happen again!

Chris was a fabulous tour guide of his beautiful city of Krackow. His knowledge was excellent and made me feel very welcome. Highly recommended Chris.

A very enjoyable day out with an excellent guide. Domino was very knowledgeable, friendly and an excellent communicator. It was a small group which was also a bonus. The minibus was a modern Mercedes with air conditioning so a comfortable ride. Our pick up and drop off was in easy walking distance.The mountains were very scenic from the view at the top of the cable car stop, lots of restaurants and traders. The wooden town and cheese tasting were a nice extra.

A huge thank you to the agency for making this experience possible. Our original tour was cancelled the day before, and several other agencies told us that, with such short notice, there was nothing they could do. However, they really went above and beyond to help us and managed to get the tickets for us, allowing us to have this important experience before leaving.The service was truly exceptional, and the person we dealt with was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. We really appreciated all the effort and kindness they showed us.A special thank you also to our guide, Eugenio, who was extremely knowledgeable, clear, and kind throughout the entire visit. He explained everything in a very interesting and sensitive way, making the experience even more meaningful.Thank you again for making all of this possible. Very pleasant evening ride there were only three of us on the ship. It was sweet to see the captain fishing out plastic bottles from the river when we passed any trash.

Kuba ist a thoughtful and very passionate guide , made the entire group feel at home and took his time explaining the food and history of Warsaw. We loved it

Kuba was an excellent host and guide – enthusiastic and friendly. We spent a wonderful three hours exploring the old town and sampling traditional Polish dishes, such as pierogies (both sweet and savoury) and rye flour soup, across a variety of settings ranging from a Bar Mleczny to a cozy local restaurant. Kuba made the experience truly engaging by sharing the history and background behind each dish. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would happily recommend it to anyone interested in food and local history.

I was told by a friend to book an electric bike tour instead of any other mode of transport. What a great decision. Chris our guide was superb. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable with great English. Having never ridden an electric bike I was a little nervous. No need. The pace was perfect. The weather helped but this was a great way of spending 4 hours (yes 4 hours). Only mistake? I did it on the last day, should have done it on the first. I would 100% recommend this company. Give it a go. Like me you might be "gob smacked" Ask Chris, he will explain!

What an experience! Our captain was absolutely brilliant and his love for the area shone through. It is a beautiful area, on a beautiful boat with a brilliant guide. I would do this tour again and again and I would recommend the tour to anyone

This is an intimate salon. The musician we saw, Stefan Walczyuiesie. Was spectacular! Our hostess was a writer and read from her book, recited her beautiful poetry to set a wonderful mood for Chopin and Stefan’s virtuoso performance. Highly recommended!
