even if you are not a history nerd, this tour is a great way to see the historic battlefield and get an understanding on what happened there. the self drive tour is good, but I highly recommend the guided tour. the guide was awesome and provided some great insight.

Awesome experience Tim was a fantastic guide really painting a nice story while showing us all the highlights of the battlefield. He really makes history come alive. The bus was comfortable and good temperature.

I’m 80 years old need a little help signing in but the staff at the information center helped me connect. It was a little difficult at the start. Had to circle the block once and then got going after that easy Peezy.

Eric was amazing. His knowledge of the hour by hour details of each day of fighting really enhanced the experience. It made it real and filled in the blanks of history that has been told for decades.

This was a great little side trip for us. It’s not a big museum, but it is setup beautifully. As you walk through, it tells a story about the battle as it was viewed by the residents of Gettysburg. Also has a nice gift shop!

Oliver was AMAZING!! I was the only person with them. The fact we got the name of the touch/feely ghost. Got two ghost hugs from David and Geogia. The ghost cat was active with me. We got excitement as soon as we walked in. It was worth going.

Fascinating adventure! Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and easily answered questions. We definitely enjoyed the experience and highly recommend the Tour.

My mom (71 with mobility issues), my son (17 and a huge history buff) and I did the tour. It was amazing we all really nejoyed it. We never left the car though there were plenty of places you could get out and walk around though if you chose not to could just pull over listen for a but and then continue. I regret not taking more pictures but it was amazing and I would reccomend it to anyone but especially people with mobility issues. I shared it with my sister-in-law they have a beby, 3 yr and 10 yr old and they also loved it becuase she could stay in the car with the younger children or just the baby and her hisband and the 10 yr old could get out and exploere certai areas.

The tour was great and it definitely explains so much of the history of the battlefields. Although I think this tour should be free the price was not bad for the information provided. The guide was spot on with location too. If you made a wrong turn it will guide you back to the route. It did take us quite a few hours to do the whole tour with stopping and checking out the monuments and reading the placards and climb the three viewing towers so it would be wise if planning the tour you carve out extra time. All in all we very much enjoyed this auto tour. We did the auto tour because we had our dogs with us. If you plan on doing the museum at the battlefield just know that pets are not allowed only support dogs.

Ticket prices were very reasonable. Roughly a 90 minute tour of Jennie Wade's home. Wonderful and informative and our guide was very knowledgeable Meet up location has plenty of parking and check in was flawless
