Very knowledgeable, easy to understand, iPad images very helpful, good English, friendly, gave a good introduction to the culture, open to questions, didn’t feel rushed, punctual and was there at entrance on our arrival. If you need to travel between Merida and Tulum and want to see one of the wonders of the Yucatán along the way, this is the perfect service! Alfredo, our driver, made the trip very pleasant thanks to his punctuality, friendliness, and flexibility regarding our needs. The most spectacular moment was definitely the visit to Chichen Itza, which was made even more interesting and engaging by the guided tour Alfredo offered us. The visits to the Ik Kil cenote and Valladolid were also beautiful highlights. This service is absolutely recommended!
