Last week I experienced Janzu at sunrise with Ella, and it truly felt like a rebirth. From the very beginning, I felt so much love, safety, and security with her presence. Through the gentle movements under the water, I felt as if I was back in my mother’s womb — completely held, protected, and able to let go.There was one moment when she hugged me, and I could hear her heartbeat. One of the best experiences of my life.
I can't believe I have forgotten to write this review after my experience with Elahe in August 2025. Elahe was so amazing and patient with me as someone who although loves water, has a fear of deep water. She made me feel so safe and had no issue responding to any signs of discomfort and wanting to come up for air. This was a magical and spiritual experience that I recommend to anyone who is in Bacalar and wishes to connect more deeply with water or wants to begin a journey of healing from their fear of water. Once in a life time experience.
This was a brilliant experience that I would highly recommend. Prior to arriving in Mexico I had never heard of a janzu massage so I went into this with no expectations and a bit skeptical that it might feel awkward. Ellie has an amazing warm energy that immediately makes you feel comfortable. We did the massage in a gorgeous lagoon in Bacalar . I straight away felt the ability to relax and put my trust in Ellie. She is an expert at what she is doing and I knew that I could let go and let her take control. I usually am unable to meditate or relax during things like reiki but here my mind finally went blank. After the janzu the experience continued with a relaxing regrounding process . I walked away feeling that I had experience something very profound they will benefit me in the future to let go of control so that positive things may flow to me . For the length of time, expertise of Ellie and the overall quality of the experience this is something that is definitely worth your money.

A truly special experience
I had the most phenomenal experience with Ellie in Bacalar. I was looking for a more holistic massage experience and came across Ellie's profile and reviews and was able to secure a slot as I was only in Bacalar for two days. She was professional, safe, calm and containing and explained the process well. I've never had janzu before so did not know what to expect. I felt that I was able to connect with my body through the water in the most exquisite way and feel deeply grateful to Ellie for providing the space, safety and expertise in Janzu for this, she is truly gifted and I feel privileged to have had this experience, I couldn't recommend enough.
