Was such an interesting tour, nice amount of information. We got to make cheese. And then try all the cheese they make there. Beautiful farm. Highly recommend!

It was an amazing experience. We started by mixing 2 ingredients to make the dough for pasta. The process to get the dough perfect was difficult for me but with the assistance of the class leaders I got it done. The next step we witnessed how to make Pomodoro sauce. The final step was to make the Orecchiettes. It was time to sit and eat and boy did we eat. The foods served were all local. We sampled local olive oil drenched on casa bread, tomato focaccia bread, buffalo cheese, Capicola, wine and finally the orecchiettes with the pomodoro sauce. Everything was delicious and the conversations were great. We met people from Germany, Greece and Holland. At the end we spoke with a farm house family member Francisco and got a small tour of the hotel area. This was an amazing experience with beautiful surroundings.

The guide is super interesting! Serious and knowledgeable. It’s fun to see the cheese-making process and to be able to try creating a burrata ourselves. I would have liked a smaller and more intimate group, but the experience is worth the trip.

Excellent milk-producing farm with an attached dairy. We visited it with the valuable guidance of Giuseppe, the owner's son. We saw the complete production cycle of milk and its derivatives, starting with a visit to the barn. Then, in the dairy, we saw the entire supply chain for production, from cheese to mozzarella, burrata, fior di latte, etc. Excellent products. Attached retail store.

Really nice experience from cow to table. Full working farm with possibility to pet calf, create your own cheese experience and some really nice tasting afterwards

A top workshop, which is given by 2 very enthusiastic people who can also explain it well in English. Step by step you are taken through the process of making Orichiette. You even get the recipe with you after the event. In the meantime, you take your place at long tables and are served some tasty things while the pasta cooks. Also, tasting your own homemade pasta makes this workshop complete. The 3 hours you are busy, fly by. A recommendation to make. Our daughter of 13 also liked it very much.

A superb experience in a masseria that had been recommended to us. We loved learning how to make orecchiette. We also really enjoyed the lunch, which was both delicious and very friendly!

Everything was so well organised, and the atmosphere was warm, relaxed and welcoming.
