​Spending the morning learning to make pasta with Daniele was easily one of the highlights of our time in Italy! He is such a patient, knowledgeable, and warm (and hilarious) host who made the whole experience feel like cooking with a friend. We loved learning the techniques behind hand-rolling fresh fettuccine, shaping perfect ravioli, and building a authentic tiramisu from scratch. Everything tasted absolutely incredible, but the memories and tips Daniele shared with us were the best part. If you're looking for a genuine, fun, and delicious hands-on culinary experience, do not miss this class!
