In this unforgettable hands-on cooking class, you’ll have your own workstation as you prepare tiramisu, fettuccine, and ricotta-filled ravioli from scratch, with a professional Italian chef guiding you every step of the way while you enjoy unlimited wine. You’ll begin with Italy’s most beloved dessert, learning how to create perfect layers of mascarpone cream and espresso-soaked ladyfingers, then customize your tiramisù with your favorite toppings.
Next you’ll mix, knead, and shape fresh pasta dough into silky fettuccine and delicate ravioli, mastering two authentic pasta styles in one experience.
