What To Expect
You’ve never done a cooking class like this before. Join us in the Eternal City for an afternoon of fun, friends, drinks and great food. There’s no better way to spend your holiday!
In this class, you’ll learn to make three spritzes, the staple Italian drink, and fresh, handmade pasta with a traditional sauce - all in one class and guided by a local expert chef.
We’ll start with an Aperol spritz, as you get to know the other people in the class and meet your chef. Then, we’ll start with the pasta.
Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you’ll roll, cut and cook your very own pasta and learn how to make the ultimate carbonara or cacio e pepe. While you’re cooking, you’ll also be enjoying a Hugo spritz - because why not?
Once everything's ready, enjoy your food with your new friends, your chef, and a delicious Limoncello spritz to cap off a perfect afternoon.

- This experience isn’t suitable for infants. If they join, they must stay on an adult’s lap since no separate seat or workspace is available.
