What a way to start our vacation in Italy! The private cooking experience with Mateo was so much fun. My wife and I loved the private setting and small group atmosphere. Mateo was such a good instructor that we felt comfortable from the moment he met us at the door. The pasta and gelato turned out amazing along with the wine Mateo offered from his family's private reserve. We would definitely recommend Mateo and this experience to anyone going to Milan and wanting to have fun making homemade pasta and gelato.....so good!!

We made fresh pasta by hand, which was a real highlight, and finished with a delicious tiramisu. The cozy, homely atmosphere made it feel like cooking with friends. A truly wonderful Italian evening!

A wonderful and memorable experience! Rafael made us feel incredibly welcomed and at home. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and shared so much about Italian cooking, including the differences in olive oils and tomatoes. Making fresh pasta and then sitting down to enjoy what we prepared, along with wonderful wine provided by the chef, made the experience even more special. It was not just a cooking class—it felt like spending time in an Italian home with a friend. Highly recommend!
