What an absolutely incredible experience from beginning to end! This pasta-making class was hands down one of the top highlights of our entire trip, and I cannot recommend it enough.The experience started with them picking us up right at the train station and taking us by comfortable, air-conditioned bus to the destination, about a 40-minute drive. From the moment we arrived, Luca, Camilla, and Ivana made us feel so welcome. They were warm, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly entertaining.Luca was absolutely hilarious and such a fantastic host! He kept everyone laughing and made the entire experience so much fun.We started by learning how to make fresh pasta from scratch. Everyone had their own individual workstation, including the kids, which I absolutely loved. Luca, Camilla, and Ivana were so patient and encouraging with everyone, regardless of age or experience. My kids were completely engaged and loved every minute of it!Once our pasta was finished, they showed us how to make the sauce, and then we moved on to making our own gelato. We were encouraged to get creative and make different flavours, which made it even more fun. Once our creations were in the gelato maker, it was time to eat!Beautiful farm-style tables were set and waiting for us, surrounded by the most amazing views. We sat down together to enjoy the fresh pasta we had just made. The wine was flowing, the pasta seemed endless, and the setting was absolutely gorgeous. It was one of those moments you just don't want to end.And then came dessert! We all got to taste the different gelato flavours everyone had created, which was such a fun way to finish an already perfect experience.I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about this class. It was so much more than simply learning how to make pasta. It was an experience and a memory our family will always treasure. My kids were involved from beginning to end and genuinely loved every minute of it.I would highly recommend this experience for couples and date days, girls' trips, families with kids, or really anyone looking for something unique and memorable to do.A huge thank you to Luca, Camilla, and Ivana for your incredible hospitality.
