irene was a fantastic bilingal guide. She took the time and effort to explain thungs even when we just started the tour. I travel a lot and that it is very rare most guides dont bother. It is obvious she loves her job and she is very professional with a touch of friendlyness. I highly recommend her service!

This was such a good experience. The tour of the market was so interesting and we got to try several local fruits. The food in the class was amazing. They made sure to explain the steps so you can prepare everything again on your own. I would book early during your stay since you will learn about a lot of local foods you will later find in restaurants.

For the price you can't beat it. Was absolutely amazing. The views were incredible. Highly recommend.

Wow! Jammed pack day, was me and 2 other awesome women, and of course our guide Ernesto!!!! He is so knowledgeable, upbeat, and positive which made it a great experience. We started by trying some traditional breakfast along with seeing one of the slightly off equator lines. Then we saw a beautiful lake, waterfall then headed to the Otavalo Market where it was fun walking around even though I got a little heat sensitive towards the end. Overall a radical time and would definitely recommend.

There is so much to love about this tour. They started off by picking up at various hotels and our pick up was only 3 block from our Hotel. They communicated all the details well in advance and texted us when they were only a few blocks away.During the drive to Cotopaxi, our amazing Guide Irene was sharing about Ecuador and pointing out all sorts of places on the drive.Our driving Jimmy was great and the road to Cotopaxi is not maintained.The hike to Basecamp was great and we lucked out with no rain and minimal cloud, seeing the peak was awesome.

We had an amazing afternoon with Margola, Sylvia and Andres as they shared their love and knowledge of local foods, customs and culture. We enjoyed the visit to the central market and learning about and tasting native fruits. The cooking class was amazing. We learned so much about local dishes, ingredients and cooking techniques. The dishes we learned to make were delicious and they were able to accommodate for one of our group who is vegan. We would definitely recommend this experience!

Ended up with a private tour - had a wonderful day! Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Her insight to Quito and Ecuador made the tour very special.

The tour is absolutely worthwhile. I was so lucky to connect with.Carolina as my guide. The drive up there is incredible even though it got a little bit misty as we got toward the top. It rained on and off throughout the day, but it didn’t stop us from doing a short hike near the pools. And since it was just she and I besides the driver. She joined me in every activity and the pools and was incredible company. What a beautiful soul and so passionate about sharing her knowledge about the vegetation and scenic areas and she was super knowledgeable about the local history. I learned so much. In addition, got to soak in the thermal pools for an extended period of time. She was a trooper and joined me for everything and we had a great traditional lunch meal too. She managed our time well and provided a lot of flexibility
