Perugia 2026 Calendar of Events

We had such a wonderful time at the liqueur tasting! Riccardo and his mother were so lovely and welcoming, and the liqueurs were delicious. The food his mother prepared to pair with them was also absolutely wonderful. A warm, authentic, and memorable experience that we would definitely recommend!

I had an amazing time with Claudia and learned so much. We used beautiful very local ingredients and she tailored the menu for me as a vegetarian. Claudia is so generous in the way she shares information and providing tastings of different ingredients - it was a great day. I highly recommend this as a very authentic way to experience a Italian food and hospitality in Claudia's home

The tour was very informative and took us places through the city we never would have found. We were able to move at our own pace and enjoy the beautiful day.

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! We had the entire day to ourselves, which made the experience feel so personal and relaxed. Erik and Brunello were absolutely amazing hosts and made us feel right at home.Watching the dogs hunt for truffles was so much fun—they were adorable, energetic, and incredibly talented! And the truffle brunch was absolutely delicious. The food was amazing and truly showcased the incredible flavors of the region.We loved every minute of this experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Italy. A wonderful day, great people, amazing dogs, and unforgettable food!

Claudia was an excellent guide showing us some sites in the historic part of the city. Then off to her house with husband Francesco and a fantastic time making and cooking pasta and appetizers. A wonderful time. I highly recommend this cooking class.

Paola was absolutely wonderful very friendly & kind. She is a terrific cook and taught us how to make 2 types of pasta. I was a great experience and we really enjoyed it .We would highly recommended this.

We had an amazing time at Montioni Frantoio & Cantina. The wine tour was a perfect blend of fun and education where we left knowing a lot more about wine in general, as well as the unique offerings of Montefalco. The tasting was equally enlightening and was paired with some of the most delicious food we had on the trip. Large portions and plenty of opportunity for tasting the wine left us satisfied, yet wanting more. My favorite bite of our entire Umbria experience was the ricotta and wine sauce we had for dessert. Everyone was friendly, attentive and welcoming for our large, sometimes rowdy group. We loved our experience and are thrilled that we get to relive it when we use our olive oil and wine shipped to us in the US.

This was a great and cost effective way to learn the highlights in Perugia. Internet connection can be tricky so it was helpful to be able to read about the sites and then visit them. You have all day to access the website and tour which turned out to be a plus! I ended up stopping to enter several of the sites for a few hours including the Capital museum, Perugia Underground and the National Gallery and then read more about them later. I returned the next day to get a closer view of the last of the sites mentioned on this list after reading about them. Very helpful for a first time visitor to Perugia!

This class was the highlight of our Italian vacation! We had no idea that it was a private class just for our family. It made it extra special! Paola is an exceptional instructor. She was patient with all of us and very welcoming. Her home was spectacular and made the experience even better. Definitely a core memory!

Fun way to tour the Villa especially on a hot day. Pickup and drop-off at the hotel made it so easy.

We were on a girls trip and had an amazing cooking class with Wendy! We got to make the food, eat it and taste their wine! We also got a tour of the cellar and olive oil farm. It was truly a wonderful day, and Wendy was awesome. I would highly recommend!

Loved it! I did it with my two kids, age 12 and 14, and it made a cultural experience a funny one! For them and for me as well :)

Having Stephen as my tutor this past week was an incredible experience. I arrived with a few stones and some basic skills, but he belied in my ideas and nurtured me through the process. Working in his studio which had every tool imaginable, was inspiring. I will be forever grateful.

Simply fantastic hiking experience. The tour and route were studied in great detail, striking the right balance between physical effort and the pleasure of enjoying the wonderful scenery. The guide, named Roberto, demonstrated extreme knowledge of the route, the history of the place, and the ability to engage all participants. I rated the driver 10!!! (Quote) recommended, we will definitely return!!!

Amazing day at Art Lab Todi with Stephen. Informative, hands on and fun. Was able to create and complete a beautiful set of earrings and necklace pendants with a clear understanding of the materials and tools we were using. Thanks Stephen!

Charming little bakery with a chocolate making operation attached. The lesson was fun and the resulting chocolate bars we made in the Intro class were amazing.
