Marseille Travel Guides (Updated September 2026)

Great overview of Marseille when you don’t have a lot of time. You go to the key locations and get the history at the same time. It’s easy, convenient and Georgi was knowledgeable and personable. It was a great use of my limited time in Marseille.

A great day out with the family. One of our best excursions. Anthony is fantastic. He is a very pleasant and highly professional person.

Djilani and Sabre were amazing. I had a group of 14 people with lots of luggage transferring from Arles to Marseille. I still can’t figure how they managed but the van was comfortable and didn’t feel crowded.We also did a very informative half day tour of Marseille and saw all the highlights with limited walking. This was perfect for my group of seniors.We had many guides during our 2 1/2 weeks but Djilani spoke near perfect English and was so knowledgeable.It was a pleasure working with the company. Payments were easy, and the service was impeccable.

Anthony is a wonderful person and very well organized. We visited the magnificent villages of Lourmarin, Roussillon, Gordes... We had enough time in each village and returned to the cruise port on schedule. A big thank you to Anthony for his kindness and professionalism.

A memorable day with the family. The Roman monuments in Arles are simply incredible... Anthony, our guide, a local native, showed us the best spots. He is very well-organized and very courteous. We loved the medieval village of Les Baux-de-Provence. It was the best day of sightseeing during our Mediterranean cruise.

A good view of various parts Marseille. Lots to see in time allotted so that viewing time gives a feel of the area Djilani our tour guide was excellent and informative. Great way to explore the area and enough time after to explore on your own.

We left from the cruise port in Marseille, and we were afraid we wouldn't have enough time to fully enjoy the day, but Anthony, our guide, is a true professional. He is very organized, his itinerary is designed to help us discover the most beautiful villages and have enough time to enjoy each place. We were completely relaxed throughout the day. We were back to the ship on time with wonderful memories in our heads. Thank you, Anthony.

Our tour guide, Omar, was great. Very informative and took us to some fantastic viewing sites. Such a beautiful area of France. Omar really supplied a VIP experience.

Omar was on time , great English and was very accommodating . It was a fabulous day in Aix, Cassis and Marseille and I’d do it again in a heartbeat !!

A great way to see the pharo, the corniche and Notre Dame de la Garde. I used to live in Marseille years ago. Somehow I had forgotten the beauty of some of the views. It really was breathtaking at times. It sent me back to being a kid, to my life with my parents and my sisters. To the walks up the hill to Notre Dame with my Mom. Hans was great, attentive and providing many historical details I was not aware of, or that maybe I had forgotten. Who really knows? I loved the biking experience. It beats walking, bus tours and cars. The bikes are powerful and it is easy to tune them to give you the level of exertion you wish. I very much recommend this tour to anybody. It will make you appreciate and love Marseille more. Thank you, Hans!

Alex was an amazing tour guide . He custom tailored the tour to our needs. We enjoyed the day with a combination or beach, boat and leisure. We would definitely recommend.

A great way to see Marseille as first time visitors. Our guide Louis was excellent, lots of great info along with a few laughs. The e-bikes made it easy going and good fun. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful experience! Delicious food- relaxing atmosphere- kind & helpful guides. A great way to spend our last evening in Marseille. Loading was a little harried as people just crowded and pushed forward without a line, but once that was over, it was amazing!

Great “fast” tour of City highlights. Georgi is knowledgeable and speaks English quite well. Got us close to top sights for minimal walking.
