Excellent Normandy Tour — Informative, Well Organized, and Great Value
We booked this tour because the cruise ship’s excursion had already sold out, and we were also happy to find that this tour was less expensive. We were very pleased with our decision!Our tour guide, Sam, was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable about Normandy and did a wonderful job explaining the events leading up to, during, and following D-Day. His knowledge and storytelling really brought the history to life and made the experience both educational and memorable.The tour was very well organized and ran right on time. As cruise passengers, we especially appreciated that we returned to the ship with plenty of time before departure, which made the day completely stress-free.VEXPERIO also did a great job with communication. They provided clear instructions on where to meet, and they had staff members outside the terminal to guide us to the bus, making the meeting process easy and straightforward.Overall, this was an excellent tour and a great value. We would highly recommend VEXPERIO to anyone visiting Normandy, especially fellow cruise passengers looking for a well-organized and informative Normandy tour.

Emotional D-Day tour, highly recommended
Amazing tour provided by Normandy Private Tours, I have no words to describe how emotional this experience was. As cruise passengers docking in Le Havre, we were picked up right at the port from our ship Princess Cruise and warmly welcomed by the greeters from the Normandy team, and the bus set off on its journey to the D-Day landing areas. Our guide gave in-depth, moving explanations throughout the day in fluent English, bringing the history vividly to life.What impressed us most was how perfectly the tour was tailored to cruise travellers: the timing was flawless and they made sure we were safely back on board well before departure, with no stress about the all-aboard time. Everything was smoothly organised and deeply respectful of the memory of those places. An unforgettable day that we would recommend to any fellow cruise passengers stopping in Le Havre. Highly recommended.

What an amazing time we...
What an amazing time we had at Le Mont Saint Michel. Our tour guide, Maja, was very knowledgeable of not only Le Mont Saint Michel but the whole of the Normandy region. She was happy to answer any of our questions and made the whole experience a delight. The actual time we spent at Le Mont Saint Michel was just surreal. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and would highly recommend this tour.

Wonderful Deauville and Honfleur tour!

Great Driver to Paris
Our driver was great. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. My wife and I have traveled all over the world and taken Tours and had personal drivers. He was one of the best drivers we’ve ever had. I definitely recommend his company and him or someone who wants a private day trip to Paris.

Wonderful day trip - don't miss it!
Wonderful day trip! Maja was a fantastic guide (funny, clear, and informative) and Ramdan was an excellent driver (very fashionable and kind!) - we had a great experience. Rest stops in both directions were big and clean with plentiful options for snack buying. The provided lunch was yummy - we even saved our leftovers for breakfast the next day to extend the bliss. Maja helpfully walked us to the exact spot to buy tickets to the abbey so we didn't get lost, and it was well worth the admission fee and time (about 75 min)! Once we were done with the abbey, we explored the little town for a bit - don't miss Saint-Pierre Parish Church on the Main Street with a statue of Joan of Arc out front - gorgeous inside! We bought some quick souvenirs and crepes on Main Street and hiked back to the parking lot (took us about 45 min to walk) but the views of Mont St Michel from a distance were pretty, and we got our steps in before we rested on the long bus ride home. Back with plenty of time to spare for our cruise departure. Thanks to Maja and Ramdan for an excellent adventure!

Top notch tour of Paris
Firstly, a superb tour of Paris. The guide, Amir was superb, bringing humour and plenty of knowledge to the day. He also takes a good photo! His instructions were clear, which helped to keep everything timely and organised, and his suggestions for shops were very welcome.
The coach and driver, Michael, were excellent. It was clean and comfortable, along with being very smooth for the long trip to Paris.
The booking process was superb. Cool Destinations kept us updated regarding changes to the cruise lines disembarkation and embarkation times, as well as responding g very promptly to questions. I will certainly be using them again.

Really good tour
Easy to meet representative. Bus transportation was new and clean. Tour guide was the best in the business and he really spent time making sure everyone understood the D-Day invasion timeline. Lunch that was provided was good and we ate lunch on Omaha Beach

Paris in one day could not be any better!
We booked the full day driver without tour guide. Our driver, Alexandre, was excellent. Driving in Paris is no joke, and he was safe, efficient, and very kind to us, and made our experience his most important priority for the day. We used google translate (plus the tiny bit of French I know) to communicate and that was more than sufficient to get our day plan confirmed initially and to also modify it mid-trip as we decided to add a couple of quick stops for photos and souvenirs we wanted. We also spent 2 hours at the Louvre, which only scratched the surface, but was amazing. Driver picked us up on time at our ship, let us out at easy to remember meeting points at each stop, communicated through WhatsApp in case our needs changed while we were out (which they did once) and at the end of the day he dropped us back at our ship with enough time buffer (45 minutes) that we didn’t need to stress at all. Paris in a day was busy, tiring, but also easy, amazing and perfect because of this tour! Merci!

Normandy D- Day Private Excursion
The guide and the driver were excellent. Matthias the driver was very good! Irene, our guide was professional and explained about the events leading up to D-day and what transpired in Normandy. The visit to the Caen Memorial museum, Omaha Beach, American cemetery and Pegasus Bridge were very important to view and get a feel for what happened here.

Awesome Etretat, Honfleur, and Calvados Apple Distillery Tour
Very easy pickup and drop off at the port. Just the right amount of driving between visits. Comfortable van. Pleasant and informative driver. Loved the different places we went to. Cider distillery was surprisingly entertaining. Almost Disneyesque with the presentation.

Lise and Teddy were extremely accommodating throughout our entire day together. We were able to spend adequate time at each location. Lise clearly knew her facts, and provided more details whenever requested. We would highly recommend this excursion to any other interested parties.One detail, which was not at all Lise’s fault… my sister is somewhat hard of hearing at struggled at times to hear the commentary while the car was in motion. She would have benefited from some form of amplification… possibly a microphone for Lise. Overall, this was still a very professional experience.
