I booked this excursion for 18 family members, ranging in age from 15 to 90. Our tour guide, Jorge Tarzan, as we called him, was amazing. The kids and the adults enjoyed the rainforest. Our older family members didn't participate in the rainforest. Jorge was so kind, and we dropped those family members off at the beach. Everyone was very satisfied

The crew was great! Very friendly, great snacks, unlimited dtinks, music was great and the history of the island was narrated very well! Definitely wiuld do again. Family friendly!

This trip was amazing! We had Taina and Patricia who were both so warm and welcoming. They were super knowledgeable and down to earth. We appreciated that they kept offering to take pictures and videos of us so we could enjoy later while still living in the moment. They took us to a local lunch spot after which was super good and authentic. Would recommend asking for them!

Yamile was absolutely amazing!! Great conversation and so knowledgeable about the island!! She was super sweet and made us feel like one big family all day!! She safely navigated us through the waters and climbing up rocks, it was a good amount of physical exertion but it flew by with how much fun we were having with her!! If you’re in Puerto Rico you HAVE to book this. The caves and all the nature surrounding it was absolutely breathtaking! 100/10 recommend!!!

I went with my friend, and the pick-up was right on time. The drive to the caves was fun, and Yamille shared very interesting insights about Puerto Rico along the way. When we arrived at Cuevas Arenales, she explained the activity very well and made sure we understood everything. My friend was afraid of rivers because of a past experience, but Yamille made her feel comfortable and supported her throughout the experience. With Yamille’s help, my friend was able to overcome her fear and complete the tour.The experience at Cueva Arenales is truly unique. You get to witness a place that has existed for centuries and appreciate its natural beauty. I highly recommend this activity!

Isaac is a fantastic tour guide. He was very informative and funny at the same time. Perfect amount of time at each location. We had a wonderful time!

Neat experience but short 15 minute swim. Not worth long drive. Do a kayak instead if closer to San Juan. Our guide did not give us any education on the bioluminescent. That would have been nice. Really no effort on his part other than buckling our life preservers.

I couldn’t have asked for better. Bio Bay was amazing. They pair you with another amazing company. Very organized and a good time. Would do this again with them.

Seamless transition between each phase of the day’s itinerary. This is the best way to see the biobay in Vieques if you don’t want to spend the night. Raphael is a knowledgeable professional, friendly, and easy-going. It was a great day!

My experience with this company was great. I used it to and from the airport. Both drivers were great. They were flexible with flight delays and reservation changes. Easily reachable via text. I would use them again when visiting Puerto Rico!
