We are a family of four, and our two kids are age 11 and 14 and cannot agree on anything these days ... if one likes something, it seems the other must automatically opt to dislike it. Jayd, Jake and this pretzel making class pulled off the impossible, and it was the highlight of BOTH my kids' family vacation. There was a little history, a lot of laughs, a ton of energy, and a whole lot of delicious pretzel eating. Make sure to include this experience amongst all your alpine adventures when you're visiting Garmiche; you won't regret it!

The organization was excellent, and the outfitting with wetsuits, neoprene socks, and shoes was uncomplicated and professional.A very special compliment goes to our guide Igo. His briefing was detailed, understandable, and gave us a secure feeling from the very first moment. Throughout the entire tour, safety and the well-being of all participants were always his top priority. Before every jump, he explained exactly what to look out for, where to jump, and what body posture is important. Because of this, we felt well taken care of at all times.We were particularly impressed by how attentively Igo addressed the different abilities and courage of each individual. In our group, there were participants with very different backgrounds – from teenagers with a lot of jumping experience to people who did not feel comfortable with higher jumps. Everyone could decide for themselves what they felt comfortable doing. Anyone who wanted to skip a jump was never pressured or embarrassed. Igo moderated this in an incredibly pleasant and appreciative way, so that this was completely natural for all participants.His care was also exceptional. When he noticed that some were slowly getting cold in the cold water, he reacted immediately and did a short warm-up routine with the entire group. This attentiveness and his eye for the participants really impressed us.Furthermore, Igo kept seeking conversation during the tour – especially with the teenagers – and thus created a relaxed, casual, and at the same time professional atmosphere.Not to forget: if desired, every jump or slide was recorded with the camera. Top!Our conclusion: Anyone who wants to try canyoning is in exactly the right place with the Sport-Piraten in Lenggries. The perfect mix of adventure, fun, safety, and professional guidance. We had a wonderful time at the pretzel making class with Zum Bauer. We learned how to actually make the pretzel dough as well as actually make three pretzels each - we even got to pick all of our own toppings from a huge variety of options! Jade was wonderful and made all of us feel comfortable and entertained during the class. Our pretzels turned out so tasty - we even got to go bags and I ate some of my as a snack the next day. Would highly recommend for families or friends!

Spendi went above and beyond. He was a wealth of knowledge, very friendly, and made my day very easy - I didn't have to worry about anything. I highly recommend him!

We booked the Neuschwanstein Castle Tour based on the numerous high reviews of the tour and of Jake as a guide, and he certainly didn't disappoint! From the second Jake picked us up at our Airbnb, he was extremely informative while simultaneously hilarious! Our two kids, 20 and 17, are hard to keep entertained, but Jake was engaging and kept their interest throughout the tour. It was clear he had great relationships with everyone along the route. Other tour guides, shopkeepers, bus drivers - they would all stop to chat with a clearly genuine liking for Jake, which was a testament to his positive attitude and experience. Rather than the typical tour, where you simply move on to the next event, Jake left us wanting to learn even more about the locations we visited. We highly recommend Jake for this tour, and based on how excellent this experience was, we're planning on exploring some of his other tours! I should add - two days later, at lunch today, my 17 year-old said "I wish my history professors were all like Jake. I'd learn so much!"

Another great evening at The Yacht. We like the new menu and eat here every week. It’s a fun Thursday evening with dinner, drinks and the weekly quiz. The pub has a good atmosphere and all the staff are friendly.

Jake promptly picked us up from our hotel in a comfortable vehicle and made us feel welcome right away. He was phenomenal, and all four of us are still talking about how special he made the experience. He truly was the “golden nugget” of our trip. Jake went above and beyond to make everything unforgettable and worthwhile. I could write a much longer story, but I’ll keep it simple: book with All Things Garmisch—you won’t be disappointed.

Friends drove from Deal in Kent on Monday 26th and I had booked us in for a meal at 7.30pm. Four of us were served by a lovely young man named Bailey. He was not phased by anything we ordered and we were really happy with the food and service we recieved. my friends were delighted with his sense of humour and friendliness. So thank you so much for a lovely evening.

Sepp is a top notch, 5 Star guide! He is very knowledgeable on all things Munich and many other places but what sets him apart is his attention to detail. He communicates upon booking about personal interests, timing and what to expect. He has a great sense of humor, is fun and easy to talk to. He was prepared everywhere we went, patient when we wanted to go sledding, even encouraging us to try it! We are so glad we went sledding at Zugspitze because it was a blast! He shared fun stories that only a local would know, shared suggestions on where to eat and things to do. We felt like we were saying goodbye to a friend at the end of our day together!

The tour was a great experience. With a mixed age group of 23-80, everyone got their money's worth. The guide was super casual and relaxed and made sure everyone had their fun - both in the boat and outside ;-). We would love to come back and can only highly recommend the tour!

The canyoning tour with the sports pirates was a great experience! From the beginning we felt well looked after – the guides were super friendly, professional and explained everything patiently. The mix of fun, adventure and safety was perfect. Jumps, slides and abseiling really made you happy, even for beginners it was absolutely feasible. You can tell that people work here with passion. Thank you for this unforgettable adventure – absolutely recommended and definitely worth 5 stars!

I had a great day riding Mountain Bikes with Sport Pirate. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and spoke English. They are able to cater to many different levels of Mountain Bikers from beginner to advanced. I am intermediate to advanced and found it enjoyable and challenging still. The E bike was in good condition. My ride was about 15.5 miles and 3280 ft elevation gain to the top of the local ski resort. If you are looking for a mountain biking experience, give these guys a try. They have a cute little coffee shop on site too. The people at the venue for the rafing experience seemed to have had a great time too.

Awesome tour with Jake! He was an awesome tour guide with tons of really interesting history facts and stories. His storytelling really made the city come to life and brought a whole new perspective to this area. I highly recommend this tour!

Drew was amazing! Our family pictures turned out beautiful and we will always have them as a great reminder of our wonderful time in Bavaria.
