Great!! Very knowledgeable. Researched our wishes before arrival and it was perfect.

Our family of four including two teenagers spent a wonderful day exploring the Isle of Man with Louise. She showed us so many amazing sights and kept our kids engaged the entire time. We learned so much about the Isle of Man, its history and people. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch and easily made it back to our cruise ship. Thank you Louise for such a great day experiencing your special home!

This was THE most amazing day of my life and the best tour I have ever been on. Jane was so amazing, well prepared, persistent in finding my great great grandparents grave, and knowledgeable. She personalized the experience and took me to some of the most amazing places. It felt like I was hanging out with a friend having a blast. Love love love!!!! When I come back next year I will book with Jane again just to have a fun day out.

My grandfather was born and raised in the Isle of Man. He immigrated to the U.S. I wanted to learn more about him and his family. Our guide helped us by locating more family information and taking us to places where my family lived, worked, and went to church.

After day 2 of our 3 day tour we are overwhelmed happily with our Guide Jacqueline Yates. Jacqueline mirrors perfectly our needs and interests for each day. We know we have the best guide possible for the Isle of Man and would recommend Jacqueline if you wish for the ultimate experience on the Isle of Man. Jacqueline’s knowledge is profound and her care and consideration of us has been invaluable.

Jacqueline was an exceptional guide. Her passion for her heritage rightful came through. Our communication ahead of the tour via WhatsApp was a big boost and we were able to find her quickly and get underway. We left ourselves in her capable hands but she was sure to tell us of her flexibility should we want to do something different or have a bit of extra time at a location. Her professionalism and warm and welcoming manner were icing on the cake as we say. We had outstanding and enjoyable day and learned much about the Isle of Man thanks to Jacqueline! And be sure to ask her to take you to the Fish Bar for Queenies!

Since I came during low season, we had to modify the tour. But Jane was absolutely lovely, kind, accommodating and very knowledgeable about the Island. I can't thank her enough.

Louise was a wonderfully knowledgeable tour guide. She was very accommodating for our dietary restrictions for lunch. I would recommend her to anybody who comes to the Isle of Man. She also has great birding knowledge :)

We booked Louise to take us and our two children (age 7 and 10) on an island tour and we had a fantastic day. The tour was tailored to keep the children entertained whilst giving us a great overview of the island - we were able to visit a beach, see Celtic crosses, castles, Viking ruins and even spot some seals. Louise was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the island, whether our questions were about Victorian miners or how household waste is dealt with on the island, she knew the answer. Our tours was incredibly enjoyable and has set us up for the rest of our trip - highly recommended!

Very informative, thoughtful, and nice. Jacqueline’s deep knowledge about the Isle of Man and her deep love for her native land weave together an unforgettable experience. This tour is a must do a must do if you visit this beautiful place.

Jane did a great job showing us areas where our relatives lived as well as giving us a tour of this beautiful place! She was friendly and professional and knowledgeable. A highlight of our trip!

The Tour Guide drove us around most of the island providing background and stories along the way. We were able to visit the church my grandmother and her family attended and the place they most likely lived. The more info you can provide the Tour Guide the better chance you will get results. This tour was the highlight of our trip.

It was a beautiful trip, our trip was just us 3. Jacqueline was so very good at the places with history, really enjoyed it. Worth doing definitely. We see the isle of man, nothing, south , east and west fantastic to see. Spotlessly clean everywhere, people all very lovely and met some beautiful people, that includes Jacqueline, she was wonderful Would definitely go back and do it again in better weather, it wasn't too bad

if like me you love railways this one is for you the smell of smoke from the engine while travelling on this line about 4 miles an hour through some most beautiful countryside in Britain great for all the family wonderful journey just great

Jane gave us an incredible and extensive tour Isle of Man tour. She took us to our family ancestral sites and to many beautiful and fascinating places. We saw spectacular scenic vistas of land and sea, prehistoric standing stones, seals peeking at us from the sea, lighthouses, Manx sheep, and the huge Laxey Wheel. We traveled miles of lovely country lanes. Jane had carefully researched our family in preparation for our visit and took us to the churches and areas where they had lived and worshipped. This tour exceeded our expectations and is highly recommended.
