He walked us through the entire brewing process, explained the different styles of beer, and shared how various ingredients influence the flavor and character of each brew. His passion and knowledge made the experience both fun and fascinating.But the tour was so much more than just beer! Gez also took us around Bath to some incredible historical sites and shared fascinating stories and history along the way. The combination of great beer, local history, and Gez’s personality made this such a memorable experience.I cannot recommend the Bath Beer Tour with Gez enough! This was great tour. Scarper Tours suggested we download the audio guide prior to the visit to save time. We were really glad we did this. The audio guide really enhanced the visit. The bus driver pointed out many things on the hour drive to reach ancient stones.

I actually listened to the tour once in the train over so I was ready when I got to our destination for a great experience. Listened to it again when I was actually on the streets doing the tour. My mom and I had a wonderful time on our tour with Alan. He was funny, informative, and provided plenty of great information throughout the day. Alan not only provided historical and factual information but also local stories that made the day even more enjoyable and entertaining. At every stop, he shared suggestions on where to eat, the best restrooms, and the best way to spend our time. We would love to do more tours with Alan (but leave Phillip at home).
