Asheville Travel Guides (Updated September 2026)

It was a beautiful day hiking to waterfalls and learning all about the area. Tony was fun knowledgeable and considerate of everyone’s needs

The ride, views, pitstops and hikes were a perfect day exploring the area. Tony was a top notch guide. He was on time, well prepared with drinks and snacks, clean van, excellent driver and hiking guide. It was a great experience and highly recommend.

Was good. Could have given more information on a stop before you get to it. Will help to determine if you wish to hop off and explore.

Chloe and Jada rocked it as our guides! Such a great time fantastic facility, great staff! Will go again and highly recommend it if you’re considering!! So much fun!!

I NEVER LAUGHED SO HARD IN MY LIFE! This is an adult tour and it is hilarious!

This tour was amazing. The staff and guides were all awesome and cool. Everybody should do this often. Thanks again.

Nick was awesome, he was so informative about the local area and history. He provided so much knowledge during the tour which made the time more enjoyable. The tour was more than we expected. The waterfalls were beautiful. We did the 3 hour waterfall tour. The hiking was light to moderate on mostly level surface. Thinking of taking the grandchildren next time!!

We had a very informative and pleasant walk with Marilyn throughout downtown Asheville. She has lived there almost 50 years and has personal insight into the history of the area. The walk was pleasant, her stories were engaging, and we got a great overview and appreciation of the history of Asheville. I would highly recommend.

Our guide Kathy (Kathleen) was incredible! She was so knowledgeable and kind. We had the most amazing time with her and loved the experience. Thank you! 4 gals from Wisconsin....

Had a wonderful time. From the welcome to the goodbye, the LaZoom staff was friendly, enthusiastic, and very entertaining. We had a great time.

Excellent guide. Brian was full of valuable information!! Beautiful views. We even got to see two bears crossing the road!

We had a great morning with Jamal! What a wonderful guide. He was patient and kind helping people figure out the e-bikes for the first time. He was full of great insights about Asheville. We loved all of the spots. What a gem of a town.

We enjoyed about an hour and a half tour of Asheville with our driver Tom. He shared lots of interesting and fascinating history and tid bits about Asheville. It was surprising to see how portions of Asheville are still recovering from Hurricane Helene about 2 years afterward.Excellent introduction to Asheville to help plan your stay.

Jamal was the best! It was very informative and we actually had fun with our group that he guided!

Our guide / host for the morning, Joe, was extremely knowledgeable of the area and offered an insight to many things, that might get overlooked on a self guided tour. Highly recommend.

Mark was a phenomenal guide, so knowledgable about brewing, beer, Asheville - everything. Gave great behind the seasons info on how things work, and a wonderful amount of background on the history of beer. Great time AND great beer to taste too!
